(from Google)Gigi’s Pet Salon is amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. A huge thank you to Naveah, Tracy, and Ben for their excellent service and the extra love they showed DJ. He came home clean, calm, and clearly well cared for. It’s not every day you find a team that treats your pet like family—this place truly does. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!
I was so worried about my rescue dog's first grooming, but GiGi Pet Salon exceeded our expectations. They handled them with care and gave them fantastic service. Making the whole experience a breeze! They looking and smell amazing and came home happy - we'll definitely be back!
My 12 pound, 4 year old Maltipoo was extremely difficult to groom. He is the sweetest little guy and not aggressive, however, he is so difficult that he was kicked out of another groomer in the middle of his shave. He wouldn’t sit still and kept biting and attacking the clippers. He hates when his paws are touched and hates when scissors go near his face. It was so bad that I had to take him to his vet once a year so that he can be put under anesthesia just to be shaved down. I FINALLY found a groomer that not only has patience but is so caring when it comes to her clients. I have been going to Gigi’s for about 16 months now and this place has worked miracles. My little guy gets groomed every 6-8 weeks and not only am I happy, I am extremely relieved.
While they’ve done a great job with grooming my dog and seem like are very kind people, I had a recently had an experience with them that was very upsetting. They say 3-4 hours per groom and my dog had an appointment at 10:30 am last week. I called around 3 pm to check in and was told he hadn’t been groomed yet. My dog has anxiety, so to find out he hadn’t been groomed after sitting there (medicated) for 5+ hours was infuriating. I was told it was because a groomer was late that day, which I understand that happens, but they should have communicated that with me and given me the option to pick him up until the groomer was ready for him. Overall it took them 8 hours to groom my dog, which is a lot of prolonged stress on any dog who fears going to the groomer. I will not being going back after that experience. While his groom looks great, it’s not worth it to me knowing he was anxiously caged for 8 hours because of their lack of communication. It was really upsetting.
Absolutely wonderful! Teddy has gone through several groomers, I think we found a keeper! It is a shame how you could have a negative review and their friends post negative on top of each other.
