Outpost 611 Eatery & Taphouse

Updating my review after experiencing what may be the best customer service I have ever received. Yesterday, I ordered a wrap for delivery (*learned today that they have their own delivery on their site which is way better to use than something like Uber). I unfortunately recieved an abnormally disappointing meal, after frequenting Outpost in the past and always getting great food. So I posted about it here. Within 24 hours one of the owners Wendy personally reached out, apologized for the abnormal experience, and offered to make it right. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND offering to give them another try at no expense to me. The wrap I just grabbed today was delicious (thank you, Ian). Would highly recommend Outpost for food, but also their service is truly top notch.

We had Grace as our server she asked if it was our first time we said yes, so she explained everything in detail. She’s definitely a top-tier server. Everything was delicious.

I really enjoyed my dining experience at Outpost 611. On every visit, the food was yummy and service was friendly. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, which is perfect for hanging out with friends, family, or a date night. :)) Besides the good food and friendly service, Wendy, the lady owner is super nice and veryyyyy lovely! :))

MMM MMM MMM!! 😋 I got the cheesesteak with beer cheese and peppers on the side. but this was the first time i’ve eaten peppers straight up! The owner, Ian, stopped by our table and had a lovely conversation with us! Our server food and drinks were perfect! Definitely would recommend!! thank you guys

Schnitzel 10/10 mushroom sauce beautiful but no. Lid so half was gone by the time I got home. Not knowing 😕 German potato salad 5/10 can't go below five only because I didn't like it. It's good salad with good flavour but it's too tangy and sour for me. It was recommended so that's why I got it which is fine. Hush puppies 100/10 well cooked and crunch exterior., very soft and warm enterior with amazing flavour. Would get again The chocolate oh my goodness. I didn't expect much but it was delivered beautifully and deliciously. Dont mind my background as working on cars today but the love. Need to go again and this time to sit in
