The trainees that were working on my dog Missy did not seem like they knew what they were doing. They were struggling to get medication out of the vial during the critical moment when time matters the most. They were also shaking and having to be told multiple times what to do. The actual relief vet was very nice and knowledgeable When it was time to pay, I was talking to one of the staff members about how much it was cause I didn't feel like it was reasonable to charge $600 when it was less than 20 minutes of work. Also to bring home a dead dog at the end of it She kept pushing the payment options on us assuming that we didn't have the money for it. We would have spent thousands of dollars to bring her home alive, but I don't think it's fair to spend $600 to bring home a dead pet. The manager only reached out after I sent them an another message saying that I would post a bad review if they didn’t get back to me in regards to this issue. I explained all my concerns, but she said that they couldn’t change anything since they work for a corporation and that prices are just prices all the care team members besides the relief vet did not have any sympathy or care in regards to my dog‘s death or health. They also didn’t let us know how much the bill would be beforehand and just dumped it on us 10 minutes after our dog passed away. I spoke to the manager in regards to this issue and she said that it was because they didn’t have time, even though the relief vet came in and Spoke to me three different times. When I mentioned this in our conversation, she said the relief vet does not know our prices so I’m not entirely sure why I’m paying $600 for a team that doesn’t know the procedures for the office that they work for. My dog was also having a seizure for more than five minutes so they knew that she wasn’t going to make it and I had to ask to say goodbye to her. They would’ve just let her die in the back without saying anything or letting me say goodbye.

Got in same day by saving our spot online. Were immediately placed in a room, had to wait almost an hour to see the vet, but considering it as basically a walk-in urgent care facility made it understandable. Veterinarian and technician were very kind and knowledgeable. They were patient with our dog and quickly cleaned up his foot and prescribed antibiotics. Overall happy with the visit.

My 8 lb Yorkie ate a HUGE green grape which filled his entire mouth! He refused to give it up! BRAT!!! Cornered, he chomped down as hard as he could, broke it; ate it!!! Yikes! Very poisonous!! Urgent Care took him right away. It was 45 minutes after ingestion when we walked through their door. Met by a professional, our dog 🐕 was given a shot to vomit, then given a shot for nausea. The Vet then came out to talk with us -- very reassuring! We were even asked if we wanted to see the "evidence". Another nice touch, which I accepted (my cousin, not-so-much 😆). Another nice thing is that Urgent Care is open until late at night.... We were beyond satisfied. See our cute "Brat" below.

They were sensitive to my concerns and very attentive. The vet assistant was very thorough and explained everything very well. The vet was very knowledgeable and tried her best to resolve the issues trying various way to find a remedy. My puppy felt so at ease there and was happy not scared.

The team at Urgent Vet are extremely helpful. They listen and take action when needed. They truly care for our family (pets) and give treatment options to help balance care and finances. We appreciate them very much.
