The ladies at the front register are great!! Very helpful and awesome caring customer service. I could tell they truly enjoy helping pet parents out. Thank you!!

Came in to do a return and the manager Kevin, refused to follow customer service instructions for a returned processed on their end. Kevin was not helpful at all. Don’t know if he was having a bad day or that’s his everyday personality. Then told me to go to a different location instead and doubled down his refusal of not assisting with the return. As someone who enjoyed the experience of coming to Petco with friendly staff, this was just not it.

I went to the vaccine clinic and the tech was great! She did not just go ahead and administer the vaccine blindly. She recommended us to the vet because she was so small and took a careful and considerate approach to my puppies health.

I really enjoy going to this Petco! Everyone is so nice and helpful, it’s a really warm atmosphere. Bekah in particular is always so helpful with my aquatic purchases, her advice has benefited my fish-keeping skills 100%. The cashiers are also really sweet, especially when my bulldog Rocco joins me on these trips!

Employees and all personnel were extremely helpful, politely informative, and generous with my questions and their services! As a new cat mom, I so appreciated my initial visit to this Encinitas Petco! Generous coupons and return policies are a major plus!!!
