West Haven Animal Clinic

I just left my first visit at West Haven Animal Clinic and cannot say enough great things! They were so gentle and calming with my cat, I have never had a better experience at a vet before. We will be sticking with West Haven Animal Clinic! Highly recommend!

I cannot thank Dr Padilla and his staff enough. My furbaby sustained a fall injury on sat night - resulting in a limp. Our primary vet clinic was closed on the weekends and Dr. Padilla and his group were able to take us in the following Sunday morning to look at our dog. Dr Padilla was professional and compassionate - reassuring us throughout the visit. His entire staff was very kind and welcoming.

We adopted our dog a decade ago and brought her to West Haven Animal Clinic from the start. Dr. Padilla immediately made us all feel safe. Dr. Feldman has also always been helpful and supportive. Belle was always greeted with pets and attention from the staff and we were always welcomed in with warmth and kindness. What will always stand out to us is the compassion and empathy all of the staff showed us as we said goodbye to our fur baby last week. We got there a little early and they immediately put us into their office so that we had privacy and a moment to say goodbye without the eyes of others. We were not rushed nor did we feel we were an inconvenience as we cried and hugged her goodbye. We are so grateful for the space to grieve. Thank you to everyone for their kindness over the last ten years. You will always have a special place in our hearts.

I have been bringing my fur babies to DR. Padilla for more then 10 years. He is not only a terrific and knowledgeable vet but he is also very compassionate to the furparents as well. I trust my cat with Dr. Padilla wholeheartedly. I have Epilepsy and he is understanding and patient with me and doesn't mind answering any questions that I may have, even if he has to repeat himself to me. I highly recommend Dr. Padilla for all of your fur babies.

After moving to New Haven, I had wanted to adopt a cat. I’ve tried several shelters/animal control facilitators, but they gave me a hard time because I just moved here not long ago. I was recommended to come here and I finally adopted a very cute, sweet, snuggly boy from West Haven animal clinic. All of the staffs are so friendly and willing to help. The vet gave him free shot. And the adoption fee was only 50 dollars. I’m grateful for all the workers and I highly recommend adopting feline friends from this place.
