(from Google)I called in Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) ER for Pets, and they were incredibly responsive and helped us secure a 40 cm cone. My mom went in to pick it up, and the staff was welcoming, attentive, and thorough with all the information. Even though they were busy with a full house of patients, they still made sure she was taken care of quickly and kindly.Thank you VEG for exceptional service!!! I know if anything goes wrong with my pets or my own client's pets I will definitely bring them to you! I wish there was a clinic like this. 🙂😊
We visited last Friday and honestly the experience was disappointing. My dog had a scratched eye, so we brought her in for an eye exam. Some of the staff were very friendly, which we appreciated. However, the doctor’s approach with my dog was concerning. She tried to touch my dog right away without even saying hi to her, letting her sniff, or giving her a little time to feel safe. My dog got scared and backed away. She didn’t bark, didn’t bite, didn’t do anything aggressive — she just retreated. Then the doctor said we needed to find a dog trainer because this breed is “notorious for biting when they feel threatened.” I really don’t think the problem was my dog needing a trainer. The problem was the doctor not knowing how to approach a scared dog properly. Also, my dog already completed advanced obedience training with a professional dog trainer which costs over $1,000. Her trainer said it is totally normal for a dog to be shy or afraid of strangers. I expected a vet to understand dogs better and to approach them with more patience, especially when the dog is already hurt and stressed. btw, we clearly stated that we do not have a E collar and we can get one by ourselves. They completely ignored that and ordered one for us which is extremely difficult (almost impossible) to use. They do not allow returning and we had to get another one from petsmart by ourselves.
To Dr. Huizar and the team, thank you so much for your kindness and dedication in helping Lucy through a successful surgery and saving my girl's life. I'm truly grateful. Lucy is recovering very well now and I can't thank you enough for your care and compassion.
We are so grateful to this amazing vet team for taking such great care of our cat, Baby Boy (Aboi). Thanks to their care and attention, he recovered so quickly, which meant the world to us. A special thank-you to Dr. Sana Banaeianzadeh, who made sure Aboi was truly ready and in good condition before sending him home. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and reassuring throughout the process. She even sent us home with two jars of baby food to help him regain his appetite — such a thoughtful and caring gesture that really shows how much she cares about her patients. We couldn’t be more thankful and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive veterinary care.
We really appreciate Dr. Solomon’s guidance, detailed explanation, and attentive care for our bunny. She explained specifically before every step which helps us better understand the situation for the quick decision. She also points out the potential risks, benefits, and other options considering the pet’s health and our concerns. We really appreciate her and whole team’s support for making our bunny feel more comfortable. Honestly, it is so lucky to have someone who is honest, kind, and professional in the perspective of patients. To be frank, it’s not economic option for the emergency situation, but definitely deserves to try to care our bunny here. Again, thanks to Dr. Solomon’s kindness, we make a right decision to our bunny. BunBun is so lucky, so does our family.
