Great experience! I bought my Yellow Nape Amazon yesterday from here and the whole process was smooth. The store was very clean, the birds looked healthy and well cared for, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with my bird and would definitely recommend this place.

Worst experience I’ve ever had, both in communication and service. Make sure you thoroughly check your birds after buying from here. The owner was friendly and respectful when I visited, but later, when I reached out with concerns, their responses were extremely disappointing Gives weird excuses such as the cage size while they do not even know the size of my cage or anything I had 3 birds from this store who died within 7month (the birds are expected to live more than 10 years) in the same cage I had 2 other birds from another store who is very healthy and active. The veterinarian said the cause of death was genetic so plz take care.

I bought a yellow and white female canary from here. She is BEAUTIFUL and happy and healthy. I've had her for almost 2 weeks and she is lively and playful. I absolutely love her. Im so glad I made the hour drive out!

Wish I found this place a long time ago. Roland genuinely cares for his birds; so he will help you feel comfortable and prepared with taking care of your new friend. He even called me days after purchase to see if everything was going well with our new baby cockatiel. They have WAY more selection than your typical pet store and their prices are much lower!!!
