I have had a very good experience with Audra. She is incredibly committed to the success of my dogs and has gone above an beyond multiple times to help out me out. I had her work with my dogs in her board and train program. The dogs were showing tremendous progress when they returned home. I struggle finding ways to maintain structure in my house, so she has returned multiple to help me find creative ways to help my dogs get adjusted. One of the great things about working with Audra is that she trains the dogs from her home and they stay in the house overnight (instead of a kennel). I feel like I have received a much more personalized experience with Audra than I would have received elsewhere. On top of that, her fees are VERY reasonable compared to her competitors. She is sent me many detailed updates about my dogs and even sent fun pictures while they were staying. I appreciate Audra's expertise and also her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I am happy with the results.

Audra was recommended by the breeder that I bought my 8 week old Weimaraner puppy Duke from. On our first meeting in October we had to meet at a park because her new facility was incomplete. Audra seemed professional and interested in helping me train Duke to be a well behaved gentleman. On our second meeting two weeks later we did meet at the facility that was still incomplete, with no heat and no restroom. As was the next meeting, no heat, no restroom and very little progress. Audra came down with a terrible case of the flu, so I continued to watch videos and train Duke on my own. We were going to start retraining in January, but by this time after several attempts to contact Audra with no response, her excuse of loosing my contact information, I wanted to terminate the training and asked for a refund. Again after several attempts to contact her she told me “the check was in the mail “. A year later I still have not received my refund. I found her to be very unprofessional and unreliable. Audra contacted me a few days ago explaining she was unaware that I had not received the refund. She immediately refunded the amount through an online account.

Our golden doodle puppy, Charley, stayed 3 weeks with Audra and came home a well-mannered dog! As a family with littles, one with a disability, his training and obedience was very important to us and his time with Audra has made all the difference! Audra has been such a great support to our family as we welcomed a new baby, personalizing his training times and boarding him as we transition to a family of 6. We are so grateful for her ongoing education and training so that Charley can be the dog of our dreams!

Absolutely - NOT. Follow Up: After leaving this review three months ago the proprietor agreed to refund 1/2 the month. I never heard from them until lately when they changed their mind and made some unprofessional remarks about my character. Again, I was willing to spend the significant amount of money and the result was inadequate. Again, if you are looking to train your pup, go somewhere else. Audra the proprietor took something from my pup that I can't ever get back - i.e. trainability at a opportune age. Looking for training for your furry friend? I would suggest you seek elsewhere. The following is the original post: I took my one year old Akita to Audra for training and bought her highest tier of service (board and train) for $2800.00. Audra showed up at the house and went over the details and features of her services. Audra presented herself as a competition K9 trainer. The problems I needed help with dealt with Tabby (my Akita) pulling the leash, jumping on guests who came to visit, and not having success in teaching her "sit" and "lay down" and "heel." Audra promised to address all these issues and more. With the board and train Audra promised to give me daily reports and photos. In several weeks I got one photo and one - one paragraph report - not daily as promised. When Audra brought Tabby back she provided a platform for Tabby that she had been trained to go to on command. The problem was however that the platform provided was way too small. Audra explained she didn't have a large enough platform and would order one. She never did in spite of many phone calls, texts and e-mails. At one point she texted to say she was out of town but had notification that the larger platform had been delivered and she would have it to me the next day - I never heard from her again in spite of many calls, messages, texts, etc. Audra uses an e-collar (some call it a shock collar) to train. The problem was that after a week the e-collar she provided quit working. I texted, e-mailed and called, no response. Many of the things Audra promised she did not provide. 1. She agreed to train Tabby to get in and out of the car (as she is too heavy to wrangle by myself). This didn't happen, Tabby still has issues with this. 2. She agreed to train Tabby to "heel." This wasn't done. 3. She agreed to train Tabby not to pull on the leash. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) Tabby's improvement after training was 5 out of 10. No problem according to Audra as with the $3000 training I would receive lifetime support including visits to my house to help solve issues. This wasn't not provided as promised. 4. She promised responsive communication. I've called, texted, left messages and e-mails, dozens of them and only received 2 or 3 responses making promises and giving assurances she ultimately didn't deliver on. Audra is very personable and professional in her presentation before the sale - which evaporated after payment was made and the initial training (inadequate compared to what she promised.). I've waited, and worked with this situation for a year without success and after reading the stellar reviews online I'm thinking either these reviews are manufactured or something has changed. What would make me happy? As a business person if I were in this position as a provide I would give a 100% refund to make up for all the overpromising and underdelivering (not at all in many cases). At the very least a 50% refund is not out of order. Since Audra won't return my calls or texts, this is my only recourse. Would I recommend Audra? No. I considered Elite Dog Training and didn't like their attitude BUT in their defense, their dogs are at Farmer's Market every Saturday on display with impeccably trained dogs. Look elsewhere for your training needs.

Audra is a phenomenal professional, and was amazing working with our Great Dane puppy, Stanley. He went from nervous around people, shaking in the car, and uncertain to be on his own to a confident young pup, now comfortable in our home. Thank you Audra!
