This place is TRULY DISGUSTING! I repeat, TRULY DISGUSTING! My girlfriend took her dog to get groomed & her dog came back with a burn on her back & nails cut to the point where there was dry blood on them. If you have a pet, please stay away from this place. The level of pet care in this place is nonexistent.

TERRIBLE. My maltese came home with a huge burn on the back of her neck AND three of her nails cut too short with dry blood on them. He was grooming her WHILE having another dog on the table KNOWING my dog isn’t comfortable around other dogs. His excuse was “she was moving too much” no shit, she’s not comfortable with other dogs and you’re clipping her nails while another dog is on the table. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. If i could leave 0 stars I WOULD.

Took my cat here for a simple nail trim, and the groomer wasnt even in the building, they were running late. While I was waiting I noticed there were loose parakeets flying around the store while the associate was trying to catch them with a net. Alot of the birds were crowded together in disgusting cages. I also witnessed what I assume are the owners cats, jumping on top of and drinking water from the fish tanks which contained live fish. I ended up speaking to the manager and they told me to leave my cat there until the groomer showed up, despite them already holding a dog back there. Not to mention the place stinks and is extremely unsanitary, do not take your pets here.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR DOGS ELSEWHERE!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would even 1 star is generous for a place this terrible and unprofessional. I brought my female and male morkies here to be groomed and upon picking up my dogs we realized our female morkie’s ear and head was full of blood. They cut her during her grooming it appeared as if part of her ear was snipped off and her head was drenched in blood, the floors of the shop had blood on them all the way from the grooming station to the exit of The shop because she was leaking. They tried to tell us it was “our responsibility” because we signed a contract saying that we understood dogs could possible get injured during grooming. However to that extent that she’s dripping and is drenched blood ? And that it’s dried up all over her head ? That is not normal ! They then ADMITTED!!!! That they put some kind of powder in her ear where they cut her to stop the bleeding!!! They are not licensed vets to be treating her they don’t know what this powder could have done to further expose her to more infections and make her condition worse!!! Furthermore, nobody contacted us after this happened to inform us or give us a heads up that when we pick up our dog she will have so and so injuries due to an accident that occurred nor was it mentioned upon pick up we had to realize it on our own. And we asked for a simple trim and they completely shaved her down!!!! She was not at all matted or even close to being matted so I don’t understand why both dogs matter fact were nearly hairless. This place is highly unprofessional and inhumane and don’t treat animals with respect, they are most likely unlicensed , they definitely do not follow protocols! … they need to be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!!! I have heard horror stories from other individuals after sharing this on my socials of individuals in this area who have brought their pets and stated they do not even ask for vaccination records !! And this individual being a new dog owner did not know how vital that was before exposing a puppy to other dogs her dog ended up with PARVO which is FATAL to dogs because they failed to ask a basic question that is PROTOCOL!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not care to protect these animals just money hungry. And this place smells horrible. No air ventilation!!!! Please save yourself the money and do your pet the favor of not traumatizing them by bringing them here.

I took my dog ​​yesterday to be trimmed, I asked that they only trim his paws a little because he got them wet when he peed, I asked that they lower his chin since he also got wet when he drank water, they cut too much of his hair and in addition, he has long hairs that are poorly done. and short hairs now and they made cuts inside his ear, the dog hasn't stopped shaking his ears, he has extra hair on his legs and on his chest he is horrible, I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it either. paid $200 for a bath and haircut that was a failure, he is a 5 month old Standard Poodle puppy, when reading this comment they will quickly remember who it was me but they must improve, I was very sad to see the poorly done job they did to him .
