Our first time eating at Cicily's My wife and I had the pleasure of eating at Cicily's for our anniversary. I made reservations just incase. When we entered, we were greeted and immediately sat at our table. We observed low lighting, relaxing atmosphere and very polite service. Our waiter, Adam was the most friendliest person anyone could ever meet. We started off with cocktails, which were made perfect. We placed our food order shortly after our cocktails arrived. My wife had a salad and Fettuccini Alfredo, which was absolutely delicious! I had a salad and Chicken Parmesan, I loved it! Serving size for each meal was very filling. Adam went above and beyond our expectations and earned a very healthy tip simply for over extending his hospitality and kindness. Outstanding Italian food, service was exceptional and the restaurant was relaxing and felt romantic. We will definitely eat here again and highly recommend you do the same.

I had a fantastic experience at Cicily’s Restaurant in Medford, Oregon. If you’re looking for one of the best Italian restaurants in Medford, this place should be at the top of your list. The ambiance is warm and inviting—perfect for a date night or a relaxed dinner out. I ordered the lasagna, and it was outstanding, Steak was perfect. Easily some of the best lasagna in Medford—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Service was fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not always easy to find a place that nails food, atmosphere, and service, but Cicily’s does it right. Highly recommend this spot if you’re searching for great Italian food in Medford. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Cecily’s Italian Restaurant! I had dinner here with a newly discovered cousin who was visiting from out of town for work, and this spot was the perfect place for our meeting. My cousin is very selective about her food and atmosphere, but Cecily’s delivered on every level, delicious food, great wine, and a warm, welcoming vibe. The wait staff was truly outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, and made us feel right at home. We were so engrossed in learning about our family tree and catching up that we ended up staying almost an hour after closing, yet the staff remained friendly, patient, and never rushed us out. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated. Every dish we tried was fresh and flavorful, and the service made our dinner even more memorable. I wish I could remember every name to thank the team personally! If you’re looking for a local place in Medford with amazing Italian food, excellent service, and a comfortable setting for special occasions (or just catching up with loved ones), I can’t recommend Cecily’s enough. We’ll be back for certain!

This is our Date night go to. We love the food. The atmosphere. I didn’t take a picture but we also had the cheese stuffed risotto. For desert they have the best. Tiramisu. My hubby loves the crème brûlée They have several people with water bread and checking in.

The ambience of Cicily’s is phenomenal. Dimly but perfectly lit, it’s perfect for a date or just a night out with your gals. The service we received was awesome, and the food came quickly and was delicious. The risotto was flavorful and had tender pieces of chicken. The salmon was also great and tender as well, I enjoyed the way they topped and seasoned it. PS- The risotto fritters here are TO DIE FOR
