How do i give this Petco negative star rating??? I have held off from making a review or even saying anything but i am done and too that point and age where i am going to say something and write a review! I have 4 animals i come to this location ALOT!!!! Every week. Multiple times a week. EVERY TIME I COME EVEN WHEN THERES NO ONE IN STORE NO ONE IN LINE I AM WAITING! Why? I have no clue. I am waiting in front for over few minutes. Every. Time. At least over 10 … 15 minutes. I have to wait every time and am just waiting at the counter. Have to walk around store to find someone to check me out! THEN when the young black girl with glasses does finally come no sorry for the wait no how are you nothing!!! Every time!! Also takes her time even walking up with no care in the world! And she has checked me out quite often! Just ask for number and has no customer service nothing! Just looks at me with bland stare, and terrible service! I am done! This happens to me every time even with other employees if there are even any other ones!!! Then when I give a little attitude which i never do!!! Because i am waiting again and again time after time!!!! Then its oh have a wonderful day!!!! Blah blah blah. Like no where is that at before??! Why do i have to go around the store to find an employee! EVERY TIME!!!!!! And this girl or young lady does this every time!!!There is no one in store! Why am i waiting every single time i come here. It doesn’t make sense and i am done with crappy service here and no good customer service! Next time i will just be leaving the money on the counter and going about my day!!!! And i am a person with a lot of patience and understanding and am so nice. But every single time . Now i am saying something. Petco please look into this location and get better employees!!! I am done.

Paid full price for dog grooming services, was told ater I paid services were not complete. You got me, but you won't get me again. Can anyone on here tell me of a good dog groomer? Update, took my dog back and Hayley fixed the situation. Highly recommend her to everyone.

I like the variety of items not found in other pet stores. Doesn't have much as far as grooming for cats though.... But that seems to be the norm at all pet stores.

If I could give zero stars I would...this Petco used to be so neat,clean, organized and superior service. Obviously when Steph and Mike left this place everything just went horribly south.... almost absolutely nothing was priced, almost nothing was in the correct place, the clearance dump bins were not even priced, the aisles are all overcrowded and I was barely able to fit down main aisles, front is full of Legos and children's toys!?!? Really Petco?? Unable to keep pets toys priced and organized at all in the store but Legos and kids toys are priced and organized... that's the only place it was priced kids toys!?!?!?! Things that are actually priced are priced incorrectly and good luck finding what you need or really getting help. Make sure you check expiration dates before you buy anything perishable.I was absolutely aghast at the stores condition and it actually looks worse than the janaf store ever did!!! I will try the Hanbury store next time IF I ever ever go back to a Petco

This is an update. Mickey died today when I spoke to Annie in the Supervising department, she said that she sent us a check for the $170 that we paid when we got the shots so they’ve admitted by refunding our money that they made a mistake however we also took him for emergency care which was $700 and they can’t pay for that until we get a veterinarian to Say that Their shots caused his death . We’ve had the Blood sent out to show and some tissue from his nose We will find out and Annie said they would reimburse me for all the bills we experienced. Petco in Virginia Beach murdered our pure bread cocker spaniel. They gave him the rabies, and several other vaccines at the same time. They did not know how to weigh the dog so they gave him a dosage of a bigger dog. This poisoned our puppy. We took in Mickey for a Rabies shot and now he is dying from kidney failure. They gave him 3 to five days to live. Beware. Do not take your pet to vetco at Petco. They killed our dog. We were not the first causality. Beware!!!
