Highly NOT recommended. I brought my dog in for grooming and they cut/shaved so badly that my dog’s skin was injured. This is not a minor issue — it shows a lack of basic grooming skills and care. On top of that, the environment looks old and poorly maintained, which only adds to the concern about hygiene and professionalism. My dog was clearly uncomfortable afterward, and this experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I would not trust this place with any pet.

I’ve always struggled to find a groomer who could actually complete my dog’s grooming because my dog is extremely scared and anxious. It’s been such a stressful process in the past, so when I moved to Chandler, I was honestly very nervous about having to find a new groomer close to me. I am so happy I stumbled upon this place. Everyone at this establishment is absolutely lovely—so patient, so kind, and genuinely fun to be around. You can immediately tell they truly care about the dogs they work with. My dog sees Kylene, and I cannot say enough good things about her. I am beyond grateful to have found her. She truly babies my baby, is incredibly patient, takes the time to comfort her, and makes the entire experience so much less stressful. Knowing my dog is in such caring hands gives me so much peace of mind. Every single time, my dog comes out looking absolutely adorable—and happy. I highly recommend this groomer and this entire team to anyone, especially if you have a nervous or anxious pup. Finding this place was such a blessing

We looovvve Fluff Bar! They take such great care of both my dogs, including my grumpy and anxious 10.5 year old shih poo. My babies are treated very well and always come out looking precious!!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! My girl is about to turn four and has been consistently groomed since she was six months old, but I’ve never had such an incredible grooming experience, until now. And I say experience because it truly was, from my first interaction with Caitlyn to the moment we walked out the door. Chanel is reactive and notoriously difficult to groom. In fact, our vet has recommended multiple anxiety medications for grooming, and sedation for nail trims has even been discussed. But without any meds or restraints, Caitlyn worked her magic and delivered an outstanding groom…from nail trim to bath to haircut. I cannot say enough great things about her. Chanel was hesitant and even reluctant to take the treats I brought, but Caitlyn didn’t miss a beat. Instead, she hyped her up with “praise parties,” making sure Chanel felt comfortable and secure throughout the entire process. Not to mention, the salon itself is adorable! We even picked up a cute bow from a local small business while we were there. I also had Caitlyn dye Chanel’s tail in “Adrian Pink” and I’m beyond impressed! The first photo shows the fresh color, and the video reflects it about a month later. Compared to past dye jobs, this one has held up beautifully. Huge shoutout to Caitlyn and AZ Fluff Bar in Gilbert! We’ll definitely be back.

What can I say about Fluff Bar. The girls are always so sweet with my sensitive dog. She is always so happy after getting cut and cleaned by them. The friendly, small operation has had my business for a while, and it's the only place I trust. Figured I'd finally give them a shout-out! Thanks for always caring about your job and my dog.
