Katie is always very helpful and attentive to our dogs needs and personality. We were in for a simple vaccine, and last min, there were emergency surgeries scheduled with other dogs, and Katie could have cancelled our app to accommodate the changes, but she went ahead and offered to admin the vaccine for us so docs could attend to others. Katie greets our pup with love and enthusiasm ever y visit. Citrine loves going to the doctor. :) We appreciate their care and expertise.

I was fortunate enough to become a client a few years ago when looking for a new vet... my senior dog was not a fan of many places, but this was his favorite place to go. When you walk in, it feels like home and I wish I could give NRAH ten stars. They were there every step of the way in the final years of my dog's life with so much love and kindness. I've recently adopted a new pup and happily drive 40 minutes to be seen here (honestly, I was so excited to return as a client). Every member of the staff is an incredible human being and we are so lucky to be in their care.

Got in due to an emergency. My regular vet wasn't available and didn't have any options for me within a good time frame. Norwich Animal Hospital got us in within an hour of me calling. They diagnosed Nancy and got her hydrated, medicated and on the mend within an hour! Now she is thriving! I love this place. When you walk through the door you know you're in an establishment that loves their animals and always puts animals wellbeing at top priority! Such caring and loving people! Thank you all!

So my girl Daisy has been going to NRAH for a few years now. They found out what was happening with her tail and was able to fix that right away, which our other vet misdiagnosed what was going on. And just recently, my little girl got very sick on a Sunday night. They were so amazing and we were able to get her in Monday and took such good care of her and just made us feel 100 times better knowing she was in such good hands with people that truly care. I would 100% recommend this veterinary clinic to anybody for how amazing and caring Dr Lisa and the whole staff are to patience and their parents!

I got my 7 year old cat neutered here and within 2 days he was back to completely normal! ZERO stitches. ZERO discomfort. The vets all love my cat as much as I do making him very comfortable and calm. Very professional team! lovely receptionist! All around great experience and will continue to use them in the future!
