Katherine is excellent! I have a recent rescue who had only been groomed once. Milo is small but very feisty. He came from a hoarding situation and my guess is he was taken from his mom well before weaning. Milo still won’t let Katherine get to his face, but she was able to groom him. When I went to pick him up, I could see he would let her handle him, as long as she stayed clear of his face. He wasn’t traumatized, or stressed, just ready to be done. She’s gentle, patient, and very kind. Katherine has given me some suggestions to help support Milo on his next visit. Great hours, easy access and extremely reasonable. The shop is directly across from the Mobil station on Loiza. I will be back on a regular basis! Before and after photos…
