I take all my cats here, I have 3, service is outstanding! I love the Southdown location, and in an emergency can still go to the emergency hospital on Jericho.. west hills gives kind compassionate care the docs and techs are all superb!

All I can tell you about this place it’s awesome with the sweetest team I have ever met. First time doggy mommy and they are the best. They listen to every concern and questions I had and were super gentle and kind with my little german shepherd. Overall best vet trip ever!!

Modern warm clean inviting office. I must say that my first visit. I was somewhat tardy for my appointment. They were very understanding. I had a small task with my senior dog and they helped me graciously. I was most impressed with their kindness and how gently they handled my dog, I will return✨️ Thank You

The smaller location of West Hills North with all the care and attention of West Hills Animal hospital! Our dog Freddy was a patient and frequent boarder at West Hills Animal hospital. On the day Freddy got sick in January the care and level of love we felt from both the north location and the main location was amazing. It was a hard day to say for sure. When West Hills opened the North location we took Freddy there for the convenience closer to home. Fast forward to July and we rescue our current dog Francisco aka Cisco and he has received nothing but stellar care. He’s had a few issues that we brought him in for and probably has more visits logged then our pure breed Labrador retriever If you ever go into West Hills North, ask them about the crazy squirrel story …that would be Cisco and me. I thought I had a vet visit at that point and walked down from my house and on the way my dog decided to pick up roadkill …actually it was just the fur and skin of a dead squirrel and I couldn’t get it away from Cisco. The vet techs helped me! Needless to stay that will be a story that they tell and I tell forever I’m sure ! I bet no one else has ever walked into the vet with a crazy lady saying help me get this away from my dog! Seriously We love All the techs, and the vets at West Hills North and West Hills main!
