Family Pet Rio Grande

Took my poodles 3 months ago had horrible service took them at 8:00 am and told me they would be ready about 4. I called and they said not ready yet by 6:00 I went and they didn’t have them done 1 was not bathed and the other was left wet waiting was cold. The lady even took me to the back and the conditions of that back room were so bad holes in walls and the rope they use to bathe them I was in shock. End of story they finished about 7:30 but only one of the dogs the other one she just bathed no hair cut no trimming of nails I was done. Never taking them again horrible service

Please, if you love your pet. Do not bring them to this place. They injured my dog after bath and nail clipping service. Apparently, its not the first time.

Waste of money, the grooming was terrible, they said they groomed her but she looked the same when I picked her up just bathed. Had to come home and do it myself, wouldn’t give not even 1 star 👎🏼
