El Segundo Pet Resort

I'm a bit late with this review, but my cat Azula boarded with El Segundo last month for about a week on her way to Australia, and I could not be happier with her experience here. I got report cards with pictures of her every day detailing how she was doing. Spoiler: She had a great time there. I don't even think she missed me! They also were so kind and patient with me calling them the first night when I had my pet parent stresses because my cat had never traveled like this before. Thank you everyone at El Segundo for taking such wonderful care of Azula! She is doing well now in Australia :)

4th time boarding our dog here. She had a private small room as she doesn't get on with other dogs. The staff are very professional and caring. We never have to worry about our pet when staying at El Segundo Pet Resort :)

Excellent service and care provided to my 15 year old cat. I had never boarded her before so I was nervous about dropping her off. The care and service offered was beyond expectations. Thank you for the kindness and grace when handling my cat.

Very happy with the care and attention our older Shih Tzu received during a 10-day stay. She's never boarded with anyone other than her vet, so we were concerned about having to change things up due to scheduling conflicts. The vet highly recommended ESPR and our happy dog today at pick-up says it all. The staff were communicative and friendly throughout, and gave me ample info on her progress after her first day and at the conclusion of her stay. Highly recommend!

I had a last-minute out-of-state job and needed a place to leave my dog. Kylie walked me through the process of making an appointment on their website, and she was very patient. They welcomed me and took good care of my dog, providing me with daily updates. I highly recommend this place for your animals.
