My dog stayed at this facility from March 16–20, 2026. Immediately after pickup, she developed symptoms that required veterinary treatment. I requested documentation from the facility, including daily care logs, incident reports, and any records of monitoring during her stay. Aside from a general summary and limited records, no detailed documentation was provided. I was also told that my veterinarian had shared certain information with the facility. However, after speaking directly with the veterinary office, they confirmed what they were able to share and did not confirm the statements that were attributed to them. The facility maintains that no issues were observed during the stay. However, based on the timing of events and the lack of supporting documentation, this situation has raised concerns for me. This review reflects my personal experience and documented timeline. I am writing in Response to Regal Pet Resorts Comment: Thank you for your response. At drop-off, Kora was in normal condition, and all required policies, including vaccination and intake requirements, were followed. At pickup on March 20, we was observed that Kora’s eye was red with visible irritation, hair loss, and what appeared to be small cuts. Due to these concerns, she was taken directly to the veterinarian immediately after leaving your facility, where she was evaluated and treated for mange and kennel cough. She is currently still under veterinary care and ongoing treatment for these conditions. I understand that certain conditions can develop in social boarding environments. However, I requested documentation reflecting monitoring and observations during her stay. Aside from a general summary and limited records, no detailed daily observation or condition logs were provided. I was also informed that communication had occurred with my veterinarian regarding her condition. After speaking directly with the veterinary office, they confirmed what information they were able to share and did not confirm the statements that were attributed to them. While I acknowledge your position that no concerns were observed, the timing of events and lack of detailed supporting documentation continue to raise concerns for me. This response is provided to add context to my original review based on direct observations and veterinary evaluation.

STAY AWAY! CANCEL ALL UPCOMING STAYS this place should shut down. i took my small dog for a week while i flew out of state for work. when she was picked up she was missing hair around her eye and her eye was also swollen. we were supposed to be NOTIFIED IF ANYTHING WERE TO HAPPEN!!! if we didint pick her up today the infection could’ve gotten way way worse. she stayed a extra 3 days due to extension of my work. if she wasn’t picked up today who knows how bad her infection could’ve got. please if you care about your little family members STAY AWAY! (also since i extended they said she would have to be in a kennel and only be let out twice a day. but who knows if they’re even cared for considering my dog has a VERY BAD INFECTION

Love the facility and staff. The experience is always wonderful, been coming here for years because of the great care my pup opie recieves. Never had a single issue. I highly Recommend this fine establishment to anyone for any of their fur babies needs.

As a busy student who's always running around, I can’t say enough good things about Regal Pet Resort! My Doberman, Nyx, absolutely loves it here. She’s always so excited to go in for a full day, and it gives me peace of mind knowing she’s being well cared for while I’m juggling school and life. The staff is incredible — they know Nyx by name and treat her like royalty. Her bi-weekly nail trims are done perfectly (which is a huge help, especially since she’s almost my size!), and when she’s had one of her extra dirty adventures, they’re always ready to fit her in for a grooming day. She comes home looking and smelling amazing every time. I’m truly grateful for a place that not only loves my dog as much as I do, but also makes my hectic life so much easier. Nyx and I are both big fans of Regal Pet Resort!

Regal Pet Resort is amazing! My dog Ace gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot—he absolutely loves it. The staff is friendly, the facility is spotless, and I always know he’s in great hands. Whether it’s daycare or boarding, Ace comes home happy and tired every time. Highly recommend!
