That Crazy Dog Lady Pet Grooming - Glendale

I'm sorry to leave this review but I will not be bringing my dog here again. The young lady was nice and so was the young man who booked me the day before. I am going to be honest about my services...For Chewy It was her first time with this groomer. Shes been groomed regularly prior. Even though we discussed 3 small mattes In her collar area, bottom tail, and back leg, they said they could comb them out (I offered to pay the fee if need be) or cut the hair down a bit because they weren't that bad. They said they "can give her a low teddy bear like look." Instead, they shaved her down ALLLLL the way. The lowest I have ever seen. When I came to pick her up I heard the groomer whisper, "oh here she comes". They brought me my once shitzu, who now looked like a chihuahua. They apologized, and I just smiled because there were other customers also waiting and I didn't want to cause issues and be combative. I was A bit on the spot. She said "phew, ok we thought you would be upset"....They thought right. Besides the horrible cut, my poor Chewy hasn't been the same since her visit. She's refusing her daily walks as if she's afraid. She's hesitant to go outside and will just sit and shake and just lays around in her area at home. I tried to wait it out a few days but shes not ok. I dont know whats wrong but something happened, I just have no idea what exactly .

I took my toy poodle in for his first so called professional cut, I showed them a picture of how I wanted him cut and I stressed that I love how curly he is and t wanted to keep Him curly. They simply shaved my dog, did not even trim his face up or properly trim his nails. See the photos and look at his tail it’s uneven as well the last picture of the brown dog was the cut I was going for . No where close to that Responding to the rude person clearly lying, I have attached a copy of my messaging to that crazy dog lady with multiple pics of how I wanted my dog to look. I also, spoke to you on the phone when I called you indicating what I wanted and and how I wanted to keep his curly coat, I even said I did not want my dog to be simply shave….you said send pics and I did just that. So who is lying. When I came in I told you my dog just turned 1year old…. So again clearly you lying. But enough, I have no time for lying incompetent people that will not admit when they are wrong. You got my money this time but you will never get it again. What a sad and blatant misrepresentation of the truth. But I knew when I first met you I had doubts because you have no people skills. And your distorted Distorted view of what really happened speaks volumes.

Did business with this place twice. Will not use a third time. the first time i asked for the works. Wash, toenails clipped, glands cleaned. I was treated with indifference checking my dog in. Asked for a call when ready , received no call but was chastised for not picking my dog up right away. Next day saw nails were never clipped and glands were not cleaned out. So today my wife takes dog in for nail clipping. Wife pointed out the dewclaws needed clipping. didn't look dog over as she should have. And dewclaws were not clipped. This place sucks. Nothing but arrogant jerks .... Really, Thank you for prompt the reply. I thought my words were quite mild compared to the actions and unspoken words directed towards me by your staff. I'm sure there are those you and your staff treat well. However, if you are not one of those considered among the "Beautiful People ", I'm betting nothing will change..., I'm not wasting my time or money to find out. But good luck to you .

We have been taking our sweet Bella girl to that crazy dog lady for years! We can’t rave enough in how well she does with our girl! She knows our Bella the poodle thing so well. Such amazing staff who actually live in your fur babies while they get pampered. We haven’t been able to visit in a while due to certain circumstances but when we came back today with Bella we were treated like family! Thank you That crazy dog lady for your thoughtful blessing today 🩷

I have brought my dogs here for a couple years now, they do a great job! The dogs look beautiful and the groomers are compassionate. It's a fun place for my dogs to go and they enjoy it! They play and lay in the sun by the windows after their grooming. Three of my dogs are elderly with special needs and one is very shy. I feel good knowing my dogs are in good hands.
