Love this place they are a bit pricey but have some amazing exotic vets here. I have taken my hamsters and ferret here.

We have Town and Country Vet Medical Center and Dr. McAllister, for our two kitties, Tiny Hiney (the crazy Calico) and Tootie (our "Little Missy"). Tootie has been suffering with asthma and we have had to administer her medication for this for some time now. We can always count on Dr. McAllister to treat us and our girls with kindness and compassion and excellence. Thanks to Dr. Mc and the Town and Country team, our Tootie is living her best life now, even with her asthma. Thank you, Dr. Mc and team, for taking such good care of our girls!!

If you’re looking for consistent care and clear communication, this is not the clinic. Getting anyone on the phone is a struggle, and when you do, you’ll likely get a different answer than you were given the day before. There is a clear lack of communication between staff, and it shows in how patients are handled. I’ve been advocating for a lower dose of phenobarbital for my dog due to severe side effects. After finally getting approval from his specialty clinic, I was told this office was on board—only to have that decision reversed the very next day with no explanation. Seizure management requires consistency. This kind of back-and-forth is not just frustrating—it’s concerning. Pet owners shouldn’t have to fight this hard to be heard. Do better.

I brought in a kitten I found where I work that was sick. They saw me straight away and told me everything this little baby would need and the honest outcome for his life. Even though he was honestly to sick to save, they treated him as if I have had in my life forever and sent me sweet card. They really do care about US as pet parents as well as our “children”.

T&C vet and staff have been absolutely amazing to me in every way. Even though my initial reasoning to see them wasn’t a good one, and it didnt end the way i wish it would have, they showed my leo, Kevin, and I the utmost love, respect, and support. These people deserve everything. Thank you for showing your love and gratitude to me during my hardest times. Losing Kevin was devastating for me, but knowing you all cared help me more than you all know. Dr Sophia and Dr Corey are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them for your Reptile needs.
