They always do a good cut on my dog but booking with them when you don’t speak Spanish is almost impossible ! They will literally just hang the phone up right on you in the middle of you talking once they don’t understand what you’re saying instead of just saying they don’t understand . I called back today afree being hung up on 3 times and they said they have a 2:30pm , I said I’ll take it .. they asked me what breed . I said Shih tzu and they hung up

I do not recommend this place. I took my dog ​​and they hurt her eye and she got a skin allergy. She won't stop scratching and biting herself. When I took her to the vet, they told me that she has an allergy due to an inappropriate shampoo and possibly undisinfected machines. This service is really sad.

Great experience. Is not a pretty office but they have amazing services. She took care of my pup like it was her own. But the best part is the great value and great pricing. Super recommended! 👍
