They got my dog in last minute and were very sweet to her. With their help she’s getting back on her feet. Thank you so much!!

Took my dog here after she got into a fight with a skunk to update her rabies just as a precaution. The (I'm assuming) receptionist upon arrival told me that she would have to verify with the doctor if they could give the vaccine because there is usually a 14 day wait period. False, that is for quarantine, not to update a rabies. I will say they did get me in the room fairly quickly, but the doctor didn't examine my pet, which is very abnormal. Proceeded to give the rabies in between the shoulder blades, which isn't protocol and then tried to say they use painless needles. Again, false. There is no such thing, especially even using a 22 gauge. The assistant eventually came in and took baseline vitals and that was the end of my visit. As someone who has spent well over 15 years in the field, I wouldn't return here.

They were friendly till they screwed me with the fees to care for my kitten. My kitten was seen for an upper infection and sneezing and eye infection. 1. Medicine she got was for a skin rash which cost 65.00 and she didn't have a skin rash. There other shot cost me 20.07 then the eye drops cost 30.63 Them they charged me 3.35 to get rid of the needles they used for the shots. Then I used my credit card to pay the bill and they charged me 11.69 for using my card. Then they lied to my husband about going over the prices which they didn't to any such thing.

"Merit" attached Inhumane, unprofessional, and out for a buck. I would NEVER recommend this veterinarian office to anyone. Misinformation/ disinformation. Blood work time frame in fact takes 2-3 days at this office. With no sense of urgency and no empathy to clients. SIDE NOTE I GOT A CUTE POST CARD MY DECEASED DOG NEEDS SHOTS. Wonder why your fb reviews are shut off...

I brought my cat Mousey Mouse and it was a great experience! they treated her with care (my cat is skiddish) but she wasn't skiddish with them. the place was clean and we didn't wait long. considering we were new. the price was very nice. the people here are awesome! we've found our regular grooming facility.
