Pawtiques Grooming and Academy

Our dogs and parents dogs have going here for years now and we wouldn’t switch for anything. All of the staff is super helpful and kind. Samantha does an amazing job for our babies, and they’re always so excited to see her when we drop them off. Definitely recommend for those looking for skilled, dog loving groomers.

We drive all the way from Washington dc and love that we found this amazing place. Sam did an amazing job on our pekingese. We struggled to find a good spot and now we are confident that this is the location for us. I love the open air grooming. Nothing is behind doors and you can see all the happy pups when you walk in. They treated our boys like precious little babies and we love how they did a perfect, proper grooming.

Pawtiques does a wonderful job and my girl always looks amazing. Their prices are reasonable and the grooming is pretty quick so your dog isn't there for too many hours. After trying a handful of other places first, Pawtiques is the only place I've felt comfortable returning to!

I came to Pawtiques on a referral from a friend after I had a bad experience at a salon in Arlington. Pawtiques is very quality and professional with a reasonable price. From start to finish I was impressed with the business. I called and got a same-day appointment. When I arrived, the man who greeted me was friendly and professional. He actually listened to what I wanted and asked follow-up questions to be sure we were on the same page. My miniature Australian shepherd was finished after 3 hours (typical time for grooming this dog). I was very pleased with the results. Paula groomed Theo exactly how I wanted/imagined. I asked for a bath, nail trim, sanitary trim, I wanted his paws, feathers (hair on back of legs), and ears trimmed, and teeth brushed. All of the above was done well and he smells amazing! Theo was in good spirits both upon drop off and pick up. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been getting my dog groomed at Pawtiques for two years now, and they are absolutely fantastic. My dog is really scared of getting groomed and they are so patient and great with him. Mira is super personable every time I see her. Mira and Tiffany have both groomed him, and he comes out with a great cut each time. I moved from VA to MD a year ago and I still go out of my way to come here - seriously they are awesome!!
