I am so glad I found this grooming service! They are so good with my Cockapoo that he actually looks forward to going to the groomer whereas he did not with other places. They are gentle, caring, and they do a great job. Also, I love that they are located in the Westfield UTC because I get to enjoy shopping and lunch every 6 weeks while I wait for his grooming to be completed!

This is inside the UTC mall in the food court side. I have been buying my Sage’s snacks here since they opened. However, this time we tried their grooming service. We had to pay half of the service for them to confirm the appointment. They are on the pricey side and the 20% tip is not optional. It was pretty expensive. But they do 1:1 appointments. So, focus is only on Sage. When I picked up my Sage after the grooming, I was pretty impressed. They did an exceptional job and Sage did not come out stressed after the appointment. Will I take Sage here again? Definitely! But not very often since they are on the pricey side.

Ronni is the gold standard in dog grooming! She leads a compassionate and caring team that provides exceptional care for our dogs. Ronnie has expertly groomed our three super senior Chihuahuas ages 16-20 years old, who are delicate and struggle with anxiety. Her gentle approach and skillful hands always leave them looking beautiful and feeling great. We’re so grateful for the trust she’s built with our babies at this critical stage in their lives. We now make special trips from out of state just to have Ronni and her team care for our dogs. The owners of Woofpak are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated professional running their business. Beyond grooming, Woofpak offers fantastic products, from wipes to dog strollers, making it a one-stop shop for pet care. We’ve been loyal customers and recommend Ronni and Woofpak to everyone!

This store is so cute! They are so dog friendly, it is a nice quiet store and they have so many samples out for your dogs! I made the mistake of not bringing my dog, I will be sure to have them with me next time. I just know they will be spoiled in the best way if I bring them in here. Not only do they offer dog treats, icecream and food for dogs, but they also have other essential items and dog grooming services! They say they do one on one grooming session, so they don’t have a bunch of other dogs back there with them waiting their turn. Your dog will be promptly washed and then you will be texted as soon as they are done! Their signature treatment they offer is the camels milk bath and it’s amazing for the dogs skins! After talking to Ronni the manager, who is absolutely so sweet and friendly, I just know my dogs will be loved and understood here. I have reactive and anxious dogs and I know the environment they create here will be the best for them. I am so happy I found this store!!

Ronni & Kaitlyn realtor help my sister and I dog find his treats. They helped us find different options. The signature cups 19.95 and the glass jar 39.95. Definitely hiding again.
