Brought my cat in as an emergency walk in for an injury to his tail. This office only takes walk ins and does not set appointments. Front desk was friendly while checking me in and let me know I could wait outside (plenty of seating) or in the car. There is no waiting in the lobby, which was no problem for me. The tech took detailed info about my pet and what happened, and the doctor came in to examine not long after. He explained the current situation and what to look out for over the next few weeks. Tech gave me the estimate for procedures and medication which were straightforward and the same as quoted over the phone (also the most affordable I’ve seen in the AV). There was a longer wait for xray and to check out, but a pet with a bigger emergency came in and needed priority help. If my pet was having a bigger emergency, I would hope for the same care and urgency, so I understand waiting and I’m glad that it means my cat’s situation was not as extreme. Some of the other reviews were very negative, but I had a good experience with everyone who helped me, and I would bring my pets here again.

I've taken my dog here a couple times and the staff is nice but there was one really rude guy working that needs an attitude , check. Awesome walk-in price of $15, but i'm not sure if that fluctuates.? They're like an actual animal hospital , so they do surgery here and handle emergency situations. Overall , I would recommend if you don't have a regular vet to go to already and you need to get your animal in today. Just try to get there before noon.Because they do get busy.

My dog started with a small pimple lookalike-testicle. Days & weeks passed and it was the size of a 2 golf balls. I took him here the (old middle eastern circle shape dr- who does this for MONEY), said this is an infection but due to size he needs surgery. I can do it for $5,000. I said no i don't have the money. He then said, fine $4,000 but you have 15 min to think about it. Later, another male younger eastern Dr came back into the room and said, ok $3,500 and i guarantee he is cured. This was my poor dog suffering and he is treating it like a bid war. I left feeling sad and shocked. A week passed and I took him to another Dr. in the valley, my dog had Prostate CANCER! and NO CURE just treatment. The valley dr. said no surgery can cure this furry one, I'm sorry. I chose to put him to sleep, he was in extreme pain. He was a warrior, even in pain he was faithful and so compassionate. DO NOT GO HERE. This dr treats his employees so bad, I saw how afraid they were to ask him something and I can see why. The dr. would scream at them.

Cheap and affordable prices, but that comes with the cost super unprofessional. I pre-pay for surgeries and PG test only for them to tell me that the doctor is out for the entire day while my dog is carrying puppies and his in labor and also giving me no time of return for the doctor after I had already given them my moneyI also got a PG test for a breeding and never received a call with the results and called them 10 times that night and in the a.m. and no one picked up the phone, even though the hours displayed said that they were open so unprofessional and unreliable
