They will also let you know of any concerning things they find each visit or let you know your pup is looking great! Staff are friendly, professional and dog lovers! They have a lot of other extra services you can choose to add on (which add time to their appt) but some are only available after the 1st appt (such as a haircut). Quick, friendly service!

My dog is a rescue and he’s not kennel trained, which we clearly communicated ahead of time. We specifically asked to pick him up directly from the groomer because of that. When we arrived to get him, we could hear our dog barking and whining in the back. When we asked if it was him, the groomer brushed it off and said, “Oh, it’s actually just another dog.” After I reminded her that we had told them he isn’t kennel trained and that we didn’t want him put in a kennel, she checked the computer, saw the note, and said, “Oh yes, I see that now.” We are furious about how our dog was handled. It’s incredibly upsetting to think he was left stressed and ignored after we were clear about his needs. We will never trust this location with our dog again and will not be recommending Scenthound to anyone. They market themselves as a membership-based service, but it feels like they care more about getting you signed up for a subscription than about the actual quality of care they provide.

I had a really good experience here at Scenthound. The staff are always upbeat and excited to see my pup. They did a great job bathing Copper, he was so soft and fluffy and smelled great. They have some good monthly packages offering a variety of services. For me and my budget right now I'll probably bring in my dog every few months for a bath and try the add-on services as needed.

We just had our Golden Doodle and Poodle groomed at this location. Never ever again! They shaved my poodle when I asked for the long hair example they showed me. Told me he was matted on the back of his legs. I said they could go short there and they did his whole body! Yes it will grow out in 2 months but they dont know how to groom properly. I dont recommend.

My Labrador LOVES Scenthound! So happy they have opened up so close to where we live. Signed up for the monthly membership before they opened and love the add-on services, especially with an older dog who sheds a ton. Staff is friendly, accommodating and truly cares about our pup. Paying a little less than we did with Petco grooming, and the benefit of it being so close to our home in Reeds Crossing is a blessing.
