Dr. Duffy and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful—compassionate, caring, and highly professional. They took amazing care of my dog Jack throughout his sickness and supported us all the way through his last days. Norwalk Veterinary Hospital truly goes above and beyond.

I would strongly advise against bringing any animal to this veterinary clinic. I used to bring both my cat and dog here, but thankfully we have since found a far more competent and compassionate veterinary practice. This facility has demonstrated a clear inability to handle aggressive or anxious dogs—animals that deserve care, patience, and professionalism just like any other. I personally witnessed their mishandling of such a case, and it was deeply concerning. To make matters worse, the front desk staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and show a complete lack of basic customer service skills. Without question, this has been the most unprofessional and disappointing veterinary experience I’ve ever encountered in Norwalk.

Amazing vets and staff! I’ve had my dog Chase here since we adopted him at 10 weeks. No matter which vet you see, they are all loving, caring and most importantly knowledgeable. Never an issue to get an appointment. Always have an answer to any concern. Wouldn’t take my dog elsewhere.

I boarded my dog here and got her groomed. She came back happy, healthy, and with a great haircut! The only this I wish is that they had a camera system where you could watch your dog, or if they could send some photos/videos of your dog when you're away (granted I didn't ask them to but it would be a nice addition if they offered that). I also wish there were more photos on their page of their facilities and what it looks like on the inside, I think that would help new people like me choosing a place to board their dog when they're away. Other than that, my dog seemed to have a great time!
