This Vet is a neighborhood blessing to my wife and I and our beloved fur family. Thank goodness for their house call service. I truly credit Dr.Ryan for getting our Akita Mix big guy to gaining on 15yrs old. All by following his recommendations over the last two years and being blessed with one tough pup. We are in the bonus round now and could not thank this office enough.

My 9 year old lab had an eye infection and was miserable 😞 We were fortunate enough to meet Ryan Jacques, DVM and his wonderful staff. I really liked the way Mr. Jacques handled my dog Nanna with a logical and careful approach. The diagnosis and recommended treatment seems to be spot on. Today, 4 days later, Nanna is running around happy and once again fully engaged and playful. I also would mention that the wait was very short and the price was reasonable and right. I am highly recommending Veterinarian, Ryan Jacques and his staff. FYI next time I found out that they also have an office much closer to me on W Frontier Pkwy in Prosper.

I’m so thankful for Dr. Rippy and the whole team! We were able to see the doctor quickly without a long wait, which was such a relief. We had to leave our previous vet because they often made us wait 40–50 minutes just to be seen, and my dogs would get really anxious during that time. Dr. Rippy took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never once seemed annoyed. The technician, Yaasmeen, was also incredibly kind and patient with me. Both of them made me feel heard and reassured, and I really appreciate their understanding and care. T Highly recommend 👍

They took great care of my fur babies for their well check ups and I could tell they felt super comfortable with Dr. Jacques and Sarah! Remi typically refuses treats when she is too nervous, but they made her feel comfortable in their clinic to where she did eat a treat and enjoyed some cheez whiz as a final reward! Same with my cat Tails, if he’s to stressed he won’t eat, but he devoured a churu and didn’t even flinch when they gave him his vaccinations! And they gave him a couple churus to-go ☺️☺️ very open minded and accommodating to mine and my pet’s needs.
