Excellent facility and amazing compassionate team that takes the time to know your furbaby and offers the best support and treatment possible. I have brought all 3 of my babies here for each chapter of life, having such a great support system is such a blessing. April and Kaitlyn have gone above and beyond to help me take care of my babies from last minute appointments to preventative care!

Dr. Bliss and his staff have cared for our rescue cat, Pretzel, for over two years. Although young, he came to us with a few chronic issues after a rough and tumble start on the streets. The team shepherded us through all of it with kindness and professionalism. Pretzel's calm response in Kaitlyn's and the doctor’s presence is all you need to know about the quality of care. We have found our "forever" vet.

We've taken our 6 month old kitty to Bliss since we got her. We never met Dr. Bliss. The office is nice and the staff is friendly but they're always 20+ minutes late. Annoying but not a deal breaker. However it's when we had our baby spayed that we were told one thing and another happened. We were told to not give our kitty food or water the night before her surgery. We were told to drop her off at 7:45 am. We were told early morning because the surgeries were done first thing and they want to have 3-4 hours of post op so our kitty could come off the anesthesia and they could monitor her to make sure she's okay. We were told they would call us to pick her up between 3:00 & 5:00. That's not what happed. I called about 4:30 pm because I hadn't heard from anyone and was told our kitty was still in surgery. What? The gal said it had been "a bit hectic today". They told me Dr. Bliss would call us after, which he did about 5:00 pm. When I asked about the late surgery his answer was, "we had a lot of procedures and someone has to go last." Those were his words, I'm not kidding. He told us to come pick up our kitty at 5:30. What happened to the whole "we want to monitor after surgery" pitch? So our poor kitty sat in a cage all alone for 8-9 hours. I doubt she received any food or water because "no food or water before surgery", right? When we picked her up she was so whack out on anesthesia she couldn't hold her head up. We won't be back.

I did a first visit with my very nervous boy and they did a phenomenal job working with him. They were able to make him comfortable quicker than I've seen him be with anyone new in a new setting. I highly recommend them!

We have finally found our family vet! Our pup has been to about 4 different vets and with a recent change to our old vet, we were on the hunt for a new vet. We constantly drive by and have been seeing their signs that they are open. Yesterday, we scheduled a check up for an ear infection and LET ME TELL YOU, if they were a primary doctor, I would come here too. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and smiles (surprising right?!). I want to give a big big big recognition to Doctor Fletcher and tech Sara who were absolutely personable, happy and had so much fun with my boy. They did not rush the visit, they asked questions and gave so much information (most of it being new) for us to help our boy with allergies and future ear infections. The bill did not break the bank and they gave different options that fit your budget! They were amazing and spoiled him with so much love. I highly recommend Bliss Family Vet!!
