We have had such a wonderful experience at Animal Care Hospital of Phoenix! Dr. Jerri is absolutely amazing she is so caring, compassionate, and incredibly sweet with our dogs. You can truly tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares about every animal she treats. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answers all of our questions, and makes us feel completely comfortable with our pets’ care. Courtney is just as wonderful! She is always so kind, welcoming, and patient. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel at ease and treated like family. The entire team is professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing the best care possible. We are so grateful to have found a veterinary office we trust completely. ACH has been caring for our cats since 2013, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the level of expertise and compassion we’ve received over the years. From our earliest experiences with Dr. Bishop and Dr. Halver, we’ve consistently been treated with kindness, knowledge, and genuine concern by every doctor, technician, and front-desk staff member we’ve encountered. Dr. Maddy is our primary veterinarian now, and she is exceptionally talented—both in her clinical skill and in the way she communicates and cares for our beloved clowder. Her thoroughness and her gentle, confident approach bring us tremendous peace of mind. Dr. Temple has also been wonderful with our cats and with us as anxious pet parents. She’s equally gifted in her ability to diagnose, guide, and provide reassurance when we need it most. ACH is outstanding not only in treating illnesses, but also in supporting prevention and long-term wellness. They’ve been an invaluable partner in keeping our cats healthy and happy. I highly recommend this office and look forward to many more years of entrusting our feline family to their care.

I have been here a few times with my Great Dane Boba as he has grown from a puppy to a little man of 1 year old. Good people, they try really hard to meet my needs and standards. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door. I always feel welcomed, and I think the people here truly care about animals. So thank you for doing what you do, it's not an easy job and I'm happy this hospital is here.

Dr. Maddy and Christina have been nothing short of wonderful for my first born furry buddy, Fernando. They take such great care of the animals, and are so kind. I think sometimes vet visits can also be stressful for pet parents but they’ve made it such a calm and caring experience. The folks at the front desk have also been wonderful! A real gem right here in the city. The techs and receptionists are kind and love our animals! Ive only dealt with one vet there who was awsome as well!
