Fran's Touch of Class

Very mean, rude, and rough person WITH MY DOG!! MAYBE SHE MIGHT LIKE THIS WITH OTHER PEOPLE DOGS!! Around the winter time I like to grow my French poodles hair because of how cold she gets! I brought her back around spring season and I made sure to comb her fur so she wouldn’t go completely short. I came in greeted the lady and asked her “I know her fur is a bit long, but I been combing her fur. Does she need to go really short or can we leave her fur a bit longer?” She looked at me didn’t even say hello and answered very passive aggressive “are you serious right now?” So I was like “so, we’re gonna have to go short?” And again very aggressive she said no, BUT NOT ONLY THAT she proceeded to grab her comb and pulled my dogs hair upwards 3 TIMES IN A VERY AGGRESSIVE WAY!!! After that I canceled my appointment and never went back!! If you’re not going to give your clients a welcoming, safe, protecting vibe for the clients and their lifelong pets, then why even have a business?? Some friends just encountered the same bad experience and aggressiveness as I did!!! Maybe this happens more than I thought?!

Best groomer around. I've gone to her for the last 35years and recommend her highly. I have cocker spaniels and she does a excellent job. She truly loves here work and it shows in the way she treats my babies:)

Fran is very friendly and when I took my dog in the first time she was done with him in an hour and he looked fabulous. He goes back this week. I don’t like the places that keep your dog 4 hours to groom them. Would recommend.
