(from Google)The Twin Lakes Family YMCA is a wonderful spot for both fitness and enjoying the outdoors. One of my favorite things about this location is that it’s directly connected to Brushy Creek and its scenic trail, which makes it perfect for a relaxing walk or a quick outdoor break. The creek path is peaceful and well maintained, and it’s easy to enjoy nature without committing to a long hike. There’s also a beautiful pond available for YMCA members, where fishing is allowed in designated areas and canoeing 🛶 is offered during specific times of the year, mostly in the summer. It’s a great bonus that adds to the overall experience. Whether you’re here to work out or just want a short, refreshing walk, this YMCA is a pleasant and welcoming place to visit.
Nice bike/walk trail. It's not a separate path for bikes so be careful. There is a mountain bike trail off the paved path.
This beautiful and spacious park offers a great opportunity for a long walk. It has restrooms, playgrounds, and plenty of seating options. During certain seasons, you can rent a kayak and have an even more enjoyable experience. The only downside is the busy road nearby, which can be noisy.
Great place to go for a nice walk the walking trails are both paved or unpaved depending on what you like ! And the mountain bike trails here are good as well !!
Let me tell you about this place.... Awesome amenities, lots to do, beautiful scenery, and just very very well put together! Great for the family or Just anyone in general. Fields for play, fishing, trails are magnificent, and events. They had a bbq event when we were there. Basically something for everyone! Come see for yourself!
