Happy Tails Inn

So glad I took Cody to Happy Tails instead of Petco where we we're turned away after showing up to his 8am appt for grooming. Age (13 yrs) was relayed to the staff when I booked the appt 2 days ago and didnt have a problem. This morning a biased staff decided to turn my dog away. Cody jumped as soon as she touched him, eventhough Cody is always friendly. She stated she can't see any dog older than 11 yrs old after the incident and blamed it on their policy. She had the supervisor approve her request. Not properly trained staff and inconvenience altogether at 8am and expects me to just walk away by her saying " Sorry" unfazed. Petco doesn't want to take care of "Old dogs" basically. Doesn't matter condition and number as indicator. Irritated, I tried to call around and found Happy Tails. Ramtin assessed Cody whom he found very active and no problem at all. Thank you again Ramtin for your kindness and insight. We're glad Cody ended up in your care instead of Petco, otherwise he wouldn't get the same attention. He actually groomed Cody well (Cody smelled so good and so clean shaven, no nicks or cuts like in the past that left us traumatized) and even took care of his curling nail which we were not aware about. Im glad he saved him from possible pain and infection. We're very grateful for you and your time. Ramtin is very passionate with what he does. He actually likes dogs 🐕 and doesn't do this just for money. Please bring your dogs to this place to keep them safe and happy. You will be thankful 😊

I called Happy Tails and took my dog in last minute and he got a phenomenal haircut. His hair was super long and the staff were friendly, let us send pics of what we wanted his hair to look like, and really took their time with him. We met the owner too who was super friendly. They give 10% off a first service and also have daycare which I plan to try soon.

Took my Maltipoo here for the first time yesterday and I was very happy how my dog was cared for and bathed. His hair was finally trimmed and combed like how a Maltipoo should look like after a bath. Ram was excellent and did a great job!! The prices are reasonable and fair to me compared to other places. This place is also a board and daycare. I toured the place and it looked nice fun and very clean which is a plus!! They even provide photo services for your fur baby. I would definitely recommend this place and come back and bring my other 3 dogs!!

Take your dog to Happy Tails! The team will make sure your dog feels welcome and safe. My husky/shepherd, Faye, practically leaps out of the car when we pull in to the parking lot. We were nervous about daycare because Faye is young and hyper but she is always happy and tired when we pick her up. You can watch camera feeds and Happy Tails posts videos on social media - you can tell that your fur-baby will be safe and cared for. They do a great grooming job and the portraits they do will make you cry. Kudos to the Ramtin and his team for creating this environment and loving Faye as much as we do.

My boys turned out super handsome. I also loved that Happy Tails Inn allows flexible pick up time (i dropped them off 11am and picked up at 5:30pm because of my schedule), and they got to play with other dogs. Groom + fun day got ‘em clean and dog-tired. Staff was super nice too. Definitely my go-to groomer in the neighborhood.
