Excellent service. We have left our dog at this site several times, and we've been consistently pleased by the facility and staff. The facility has always been clean and well-lit. The animals appear to be well-attended, and I observed numerous staff spending time with the animals. With respect to our dog, the staff could not have been better. They were sensitive to specific issues, and the gave excellent care for the animal. When we checked out, they provided a thorough overview of the dog's experience. We also think it was excellent value. We are definitely returning!

PetSuites in the Woodlands took great care of our cat. He loves the window seat to watch all of the birds & visitors. They send us hilarious notes on his status with terrific photos. He loves the individual play time. We enjoy our vacations more knowing that he is treated well and loved by the staff there. Highly recommend!

Booked my dog to stay for 1 night in the top suite. Booked over the phone yesterday afternoon. The employee informed me they didn’t have updated vaccination record - she stayed at another location a few years back. I offered to send them a screenshot of my dog’s updated vaccination record. They said I could just show them in person. The employee did not say anything other than that. This afternoon, I called again to confirm my dog’s stay since I never received a confirmation email. On the phone another employee said they did not have a vaccination record. I told them I was bringing a screenshot lime the previous employee advised me to do. No discussion or mention of required vaccinations, again. I drove an hour and a half to keep my dog here overnight. I showed them the vaccination record as promised on arrival. That was the first time I was made aware my dog had to have an influenza vaccination. I understand the reasoning. What I’m upset about is that it was not told of the required vaccinations on either phone call - I hope they’re calls are recorded for training. My dog has all of her vaccinations except the influenza. Very disappointing and poor communication. And now I have to figure out what to do with my dog TONIGHT while I handle an emergency that prevents her from coming with me. Horrible, horrible, horrible. At least they didn’t charge me anything.

Super helpful with making decisions on what haircut would look best on our puppy Chase! He smelled so clean and looks great!

I was so nervous leaving my cats for my week long vacay but PetSuites really came through. They sent pictures and thorough updates on how they were doing everyday. (You have to purchase the Pawgress reports but they’re totally worth it!) I could tell they were pampered and really cared for. My cats even seemed to enjoy their visit there too🤣 Will be using this location every time I leave town! Pictures were taken from the Pawgress reports they sent out! Happy kitties, happy cat momma!
