The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel - East Brainerd

I had to board my 6-month old kitten last minute during the week of Christmas. I had never boarded a cat before, so I was a little apprehensive about finding the right facility. After visiting three other facilities, I was impressed the moment I stepped into the Ark Pet Spa on East Brainerd; first, with the amazing customer service and the cleanliness of the facility, and secondly I was thankful the cat enclosure was located in an area that my kitten would receive natural light. She would even have the opportunity to see out into the foyer rather than caged in a back room. I was also impressed with how content the other cats in the enclosure were. They seemed to be comfortable and that was reassuring. My Roxy was happy and content when I picked her up 7 days later. There were no signs of her being anxious or unhappy, and for that, I highly recommend Ark Pet Spa on East Brainerd for cat boarding needs.

The Staff at the Ark Pet Spa & Hotel at East Brainerd are amazing. My dog was injured the night before we were to bring her for 5 days so I was worried about dropping her off & leaving her there. But Christina reassured me that she would be in good hands and that they would keep a close eye on her and make sure she was given some rest time if needed. They were very attentive and caring. We will be back!

Two German Shepherds can be a handful, especially in the puppy stage! I took my babies to The Ark on East Brainerd to help them burn off some of that energy, and here’s the result—two tired pups. The Ark has always been our trusted spot to bring our babies. Go where your babies are loved. We have been with the Ark for several years and never had one issue.

Wow I tried them for the first time. I paid for a full groom my poor puppy came back badly groomed and cut all her hair off on the ears and it all uneven and she does not smell like she even had a bath. Looks like Tabatha their groomer is in training. I wondered why appointments were available so easily. I would not go to them. Even the receptionist was not helpful. I would never use them and not recommend them to anyone not even for their boarding as that was going to be future intentions. Added how she is and what she came back as.
