We were looking for a new groomer as our groomer for the past 5 years has become ill and needed to stop seeing our fur baby. Mosa came highly recommended and today Selena was wonderful with our very matted, over due, anxious doodle! This shop is precious! So clean, feels like a human spa. Thank you! We are thrilled we found you!

I have been bringing my dogs to Mosa for dog boarding for almost 9 years and I would not trust anyone else to care for them. Amanda and her staff are so caring and dedicated to keeping my dog happy and healthy while we are away. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Mosa. Avery is a 70 pound grown 1 yr old puppy. He is a lot of dog and they took great care of him and even got his nails and ears done. In addition to his bath, Avery for his nails done and his ears cleaned. Avery wasn’t a fan of his nails but they were able to file them for me. The groomer was able to tell me that one of his ears looks like it may be irritated and I appreciate that! I emailed the vet to get him seen. Easy to set up appointment and was able to get Avery right in this week. The ladies were all so nice and friendly. I will definitely be bringing Avery back to Mosa! A++

I want to start by saying it’s unfortunate that I have to make this update. We have loved Moss for three years and have been loyal customers—but we will not be returning. My dog truly loves this place, which makes this decision even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the level of disrespect and rudeness I’ve experienced from the staff—especially the owner—has made it impossible for us to continue supporting this business. The first issue happened a few months ago when we were 10 minutes late to an appointment. I completely understood their policy that late arrivals are charged the full service fee (which for my 40-pound poodle is about $165), and I was willing to pay it. When the owner, Amanda, came to the door to tell me our appointment was canceled, I politely asked if we could at least do a bath instead, since it’s a shorter service. She rolled her eyes and gave me the most dismissive, unpleasant look—it was honestly shocking. Still, I decided to move forward and give them another chance. Fast forward to this past week: I called on Monday morning to cancel our Wednesday appointment. I left two voicemails—one before 9:50 a.m. and another around 5 p.m.—because no one answered. The next day, when I called again, I was told it was “too late” to cancel. I explained I had called the day before and left multiple messages, even sent screenshots of my call log. They claimed they only received the 5 p.m. voicemail and refused to acknowledge the earlier one, saying it didn’t matter and that I would still have to pay for both appointments if I wanted to reschedule- EVEN if I had rescheduled for the same day As a customer who has been loyal for years, I was stunned by the lack of understanding and the complete disregard for good customer service. I’ve also since heard from former employees that staff sometimes speak negatively about both the dogs and their owners, which is deeply disappointing. After three years of support and hundreds of dollars spent, I’m genuinely saddened to say we won’t be returning.

I have no doubts that my dog is in great hands when she comes here. They work with one dog at a time so you're not waiting at the groomer all day which is awesome. They clearly care about animals and love what they do. Mosa is amazing, 10/10 recommend!
