Dog-E-Den Tarzana Dog Daycare Boarding Grooming & Training

Updating this from 2 to 3 stars since this was addressed personally by the manager. I honestly wish I would have read the more mixed/negative reviews here before bringing my rescue dog here. She was testing out the place for a few days and we started off by leaving her 1-2 hours a day, she was nervous of course, as a dog should be going into a new place. The weekend crew were extremely kind to her when she barked and calmed her down. But come Monday, there was a new person in the den and instead of trying to calm an anxious dog, he squirt her multiple times to get her to stop barking. Which if you know anything about dogs, you should never do that to an anxious pup. We really liked it up until today, so just beware. Thankfully we were able to watch it all on camera and picked her up the second we felt it was getting out of hand.

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. My dog has such a good time here! She was really scared at first and now she pounces on the door to get in when we arrive. I love the photos they take during the day and being able to check in on the web-cams during the day!

We just had our 2 dogs groomed here and they go the best grooming we ever had. We couldn’t be more happy. There was so much to fix and clean up after our 2 attempts over the summer to “do it ourselves.” Best experience we ever had with a groomer. Thank you Dog E Den Tarzana. 💕 Muffin and Ace

Our four-legged friend, Cookie, deserves the best. Several years ago we trusted Cookie to the original DOG-E-DEN, located in Sherman Oaks, for a few days, while we were on a trip. We often checked on her using the video cameras on their website. She seemed surprisingly happy. Our nearest Doggie-E-Den is located in Tarzana. Because Cookie had not been boarded for a couple of years, Dog-E-Den required a short visit to make sure she would be safe and comfortable. A half-hour later she was still wagging her tail. There is no charge for the visit. Up-to-date vaccination records are required. STUFF: The dog's owner supplies her meals and treats. Refrigeration is available for fresh meats and veggies. Parking is free. Everything is ADA compatible.

I recently left my beloved 8-month-old puppy at Dog-E-Den for five nights and six days, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! My dog had a fantastic time, and she was clearly well taken care of. She was constantly socializing with other dogs, and the staff treated her with so much love and attention. When I picked her up, she was happy and relaxed, which is a great sign of how well she was treated. Dog-E-Den is a wonderful place for doggy daycare and boarding!! We will definitely be taking our pup to them again!
