Please go anywhere else. These people will charge you a ridiculous ammount. For simple examinations, then if there's something seriously wrong with your pet. They'll give you random medicine that wont work. Then they'll refer you to another. So really don't waste your time here. These people don't have the tools or skills to help animals. They just want free money.

This emergency vet is fantastic, efficient, and caring towards animals. They saved my dog’s life and were gentle with her. They even accommodated visits when she had a two night emergency stay. Pricing was very reasonable for their excellent care. We are so grateful and so is our little Coco!

We took our dog in for an emergency visit during a holiday, when her usual vet was closed, and they took such good care of her. Both the doctors and all the techs were very thorough, professional and kind. It's obvious that they genuinely love pets and have a way with them. It is a bit pricey, but the great service and their availability 24/7, even during major holidays, is worth the price.

I went there tonight with my friends dog Biggie, i left the vet at around 9pm and at 10pm they already sent me and the dad an update with a picture and a video. I have always been very hesitant of 24/7 vet hospitals in the island because of previous stories and experiences in other hospitals. But after today I would feel comfortable taking my own dogs there if i ever had an emergency. Extremely professional, nice and helpful receptionists, the vet techs super attentive and informative, and the Dr. was amazing, i dont remember the name so if they can put it in the comment than that would be awesome because he was extremely helpful, answered every single question I had and when I asked if we could see him before we left he very kindly explained the protocols they have in their hospital but willingly offered to send us an update with a picture and a video (to which i did not believe was going to happen) and to my surprise they delivered as promised and that is what made me write my first review ever. Thank you, the little details like that are the one that counts and makes me believe a little in humanity, so again thank you, keep up the amazing work!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had to make a difficult decision to treat my dog’s lymphoma with chemotherapy, and I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Carlos Ortiz at the oncology section of this clinic. Despite some negative reviews about the overall clinic, I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from Dr. Ortiz, the only oncologist in Puerto Rico. Referred by Dr. Jose Sosa, whom I consider the best veterinarian in Puerto Rico (the "Shaman"), I was reassured by the detailed and compassionate approach of Dr. Ortiz. From the first visit, he thoroughly explained the differences between chemotherapy in dogs and humans, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure my dog passed all necessary tests before starting treatment. His expertise and dedication were evident, and he spent considerable time with us, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed. While chemotherapy is expensive, I trust Dr. Ortiz completely because of his professionalism and the high quality of care he provides. For anyone facing a similar situation, I highly recommend Dr. Carlos Ortiz for oncology services. His knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail make a significant difference in the challenging journey of treating pet cancer.
