Perfect place for morning coffee or late night vibes. Their coffees are so delicious & have actual inclusions. I ordered the coconut crème latte & they serve it with coconut flakes on top, what could be better than that?! It’s a must try place & their food is fresh and delicious. 🤩✨

I had bought 2 coffees on Feb. 15th but both were incredibly watered down so I went to get my money back. I was told at the register that they couldn't process my refund and had to wait for the owner in order to do it but it would be in my account in 7-9 business days. I called on february 23rd- 6 business days later, to make sure my refund had been processed. Inwas told that employees couldn't process the refund but that the owner was notified, although they weren't sure if she had processed it yet, but I should get my refund soon. I called 3 days later on february 26th - 9 business days later- to see what the status of my refund was. Again, I was told that the owner had been made aware that my refund needed to be processed but they weren't sure of the status. They assured me that they would reach out to the owner. Still no refund processed, I call again on March 3rd and am again told that the owner knows but they will call her again and see what the status is. They offered for me to go in person to get my refund in cash to "get it over with" but i had to decline because that location is way out of my way and this should have been taken care of 3 weeks ago. I asked if they could just process my refund to get the money back in my card and was reassured that my refund was processed as of today, March 3rd. I was not offered any incentive to continue to be a patron with them. No discounts. No free coffee or gift cards for the Inconvenience and for the 3 week wait and lack of communication. The owner could have at least called me herself to make it right. A complete lack customer service. Very disappointing because i have had good experiences and good coffee at this location in the past. And now, they will never get a dime out of me again.

The last few times I came this place was amazing. Today my avocado toast was so sad. My coffee was delicious but this place is no longer one that I would order food from. Sadly.

Xai made my experience amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I was taken care of the entire time. Her positive energy and genuine kindness really stood out, and her drink recommendations were perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Service like this is rare, and it’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Xai is truly a gem!

This place is absolutely beautiful, with a great atmosphere and consistently tasty drinks. My go-to is the strawberry mocha with double chocolate vodka, and it never disappoints. When I’m in the mood for a coffee break, the toasted marshmallow and coconut latte is also a favorite. Josh the barista is amazing! His spectacular customer service, always polite, and so nice. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
