I used my rewards to place two online orders, which was already frustrating because their website and app are awful—something even their staff admitted. When I arrived to pick up my orders, I showed my driver’s license and the confirmation emails stating the orders were ready. Despite that, the cashier refused to give me my items because I didn’t have the physical credit card used for the purchase. The card was in my Apple Wallet, but they insisted on the actual card for “identification.” I’ve been a Pet Supplies Plus member for over a decade. They have all my information on file, yet they still refused my order. The manager backed up this nonsense, claiming it was “due to fraud,” and told me to cancel the order and buy the items in-store. The problem? Some items were online-only deals. When I explained that, they shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. They canceled my order before I even left the store and as a consequence, I lost my earned rewards and coupon which now showed as used—even though I never got my items. I contacted the corporate office, and the rep was shocked that I wasn’t given my orders. She said she would escalate this to the Franchise District Manager. It’s been over a month, and I’ve heard nothing. This isn’t my first bad experience with this store. A previous manager lied about ingredient changes in a dog food brand I buy, which led to my dog having bloody diarrhea and a $700 vet bill. This isn’t speculation—the distributor’s sales rep confirmed the information was shared with the store. I stopped shopping here for years because of that, but returned since it’s the closest pet store. No more!

Absolutely Love every location I visit! Offers huge verity of everything you would want for your pets. The team here at this location are wonderful, helpful friendly people. Overall I enjoyed my visit and shopping experience.

I had the best experience with the groomer Mel who quit. When I went back I got Jasmine my dog was crying when I called in like he was hurting. An when I got there the groomer just said you can pay up front and ran in the back. The worst customer service and people skills. An the cut could have been wayyyyy better. We will never get grooming services her again. If Jasmine is your groomer run! She needs to be fired! I was charged over 100.00 for a horrible job done. I called to talk to a manager and no call back. I will end up taking my dog to the vet. An we will never go back to this location again. An he has other injuries from grooming. He is licking and hurting. Horrible horrible service. John called me an help me out.
