I stopped by the store to see what they had to offer. Out front there was a girl and two dogs. She said she was doing an adoption event until 2 o’clock. I just happened to mention that the dogs would probably do better under some kind of shade because it’s going to be 85° outside it’s very sunny no clouds. She didn’t really say much but she was concerned that she had to be out there for the next couple of hours. I told her I would go in and say something to the manager and maybe they could either move her or give her some kind of shade for herself and the two black dogs that she has. One of the dogs is very overweight and has kind of like a husky or malamute type of coat. He was already panting profusely. When I went inside to talk to the manager, she said that it’s not hot out enough for them to overheat. I told her it was that one of them was already panting a lot, and that was just cruel to keep them out there in that blazing sun. She was very dismissive. I told her that I would never shop here if they can’t even treat two dogs properly. I went next-door to do some shopping when I came out. I see that the manager is out there. She brought a chair for the girl and water, but no shade for the dogs. As I sit here and write this, she has been out three times..now she’s gonna go sit in her nice cool car and probably go home and enjoy her day.

Brought my 3 year old dog in for grooming. Every single person I interacted with was professional and kind. The area was clean and the groomers were knowledgeable and accommodating. Super happy with the results. Will be back!
