DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE🚨🚨🚨 Dog was sent to the vet after getting groomed here and his eyes were red and swollen and the inside tissue protruding out! To top it off, the groomer & shop owner refused to pay the vet bill for the damage they caused to the dog…bad idea, it’s gone viral on the internet…if you value your pets, this is not the place to bring them. The owner is trying to remove my truthful review, bad experience with this place…take responsibility for what you’ve done & then no one would come after you for bad business practices. You have to be very careful & delicate with the lives that are put in your hands, & be accountable & responsible, people trusted you! …it’s not too late to do the right thing for the victim…

I left my dog ​​with her at the pet hotel for almost three weeks. She kept me updated with messages, photos, and videos. When I went to pick him up, he looked incredibly happy, calm, and energetic. He'd been bathed, groomed, and had his hair trimmed, and I even noticed he'd gotten a bit heavier. I 100% recommend this pet hotel for its responsibility, charisma, and dedication to the pets in their care. 20/10
