Ever since Dr. Orange passed this place has been absolutely awful. My dog has been going to Dr. Orange for almost 10 years. Dr. Orange was always amazing but the new veterinarians and the office staff are the most unkind people I’ve ever come across to work with animals. My dog was in excruciating pain and after five days of not getting blood work back, the veterinarian decides to call on a Friday after closing to let us know that my dog needs to be on medication and we have to wait an entire weekend before getting the medication. My dog had to suffer for more than he should have. Then, I go to get the medication on Monday and I am told that I have to leave because it’s not ready and then I leave and literally two minutes later I get a call to come pick it up. A week later, my dog’s hind legs begin to give out. So I’m happy that I can get an appointment that day at 10 AM. Unfortunately, my dog is 80 pounds and he is 13 so it took me 30 minutes to be able to lift him into my car so I was five minutes late. I get to the office and they tell me that they can’t see him now and that I can come back at 2:30 PM. I pleaded with them that it’s so hard to get him in and out of the car to please help me out and they told me sorry we can’t do anything about that. Such disgusting behavior. Please stay away from this office.

The late Dr.Orange of blessed memory was our Vet for many years. We have been very pleased with the care our dogs have received from Drs. Guzek and Kinder and the wonderful staff at Lexington Animal Hospital. If you are looking for a veterinarian office for your beloved pets, where you will receive excellent, compassionate care, you need to look no further than Lexington Animal Hospital.

The doctors and staff are so passionate and helpful. My dog had wounds after being bit by a big dog and they saved his life. They called every day to check up on him. I’m so grateful

We started with Lexington Animal Hospital many years ago with Doc Orange, when our vet in Iselin become a VCA group, and we didn't want our dogs going to a factory type of Vet practice. Doc Orange took care of our Doberman Blue, and helped us when she was stricken with Wobblers at the age of 14. He helped us with practical intervention, that would help keep her comfortable and have a good quality of life through the end. After Blue's passing we adopted Brayden, he was a 3 year old Red Doberman rescue with neurological issues and a high step. He loved Dr. Orange, and also Dr. G when he came into the practice. Dr. G is wonderful. Doc Orange made a terrific choice, and it's wonderful to see how Dr. G honors Dr. Orange's legacy. They were both, great with Brayden, and very knowledgable and always helpful with suggestion, diet, etc. Especially, as Brayden began to age. We had moved down the shore in 2024, but Dr. G. still consulted with me, even though we could no longer get Brayden up to them as was no longer walking. Brayden passed away this July 25, 2025... but I know throughout his life and Blue's life, they had wonderful care with Lexington Animal Hospital... from the doctors, and all of the staff there, you can be very confident in your pet's health.

Since Dr Orange passing many people have been hesitant as he was a true staple of this community. Recently my wife brought our dog in for an issue and was seen by Dr Linder. I just want to say this was a great experience. Our dog needed help and she was quick and willing to provide. She helped us so much even when we had issues with medication. We moved an hour away and were thinking about changing veterinary care but after this experience we want no one else to treat Orlando. Thanks Dr Linder and Staff! Truly appreciate the experience.
