Jessica is the best dog groomer ever. Plus the girls that work with her are so sweet. Love everyone there. I would definitely recommend getting your dog groomed here.

This grooming place did a great job on Bella and she is so happy. Bella's first time grooming. Thank you.

I have been a loyal customer of this grooming place for quite some time, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The last time I brought my dog, they asked me to pick him up because they couldn’t get him out of the cage due to his barking. I decided to give them another chance today and even arrived an hour early to help ease any potential issues. However, the groomer was visibly annoyed by my early arrival, which was never an issue before. When she finally came to assist, she didn’t greet my dog or try to calm him in any way. Instead, she just threw a leash around his neck, which obviously made him anxious and led to more barking. It felt like she had no interest in grooming him and was looking for an excuse not to do it. I understand my dog is anxious, but this experience was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. Based on other negative reviews, it seems these issues are common, unfortunately. Don’t bring your fur babies here :(

Do not recommend for grooming services of any kind. There are plenty of other places you can go. Unfortunately, we found during our latest visit that team has poor communication, professionalism, and customer service. Maybe I’m generalizing unfairly to say that about the “team”, but the woman I spoke to was dismissive, rude and didn't leave me with a great impression of the place at all. I brought my husky in for a full grooming appointment(We’ve brought him here for years now) only for them to now tell me as I arrive that they can now only do a wash and go or nothing, due to how nervous and anxious he gets, and that it’s for everyone’s “safety”. He does have a nervous, skittishness about him when he walks on tile, but he’s never shown the slightest aggression or any bad behavioral issues. This “nervous” characteristic isn’t new, and if this had been an issue the 50+ times we’d been before, why not just say it when we’re leaving a past appointment, or afterward, or when we booked this one, vs. when we show up? They said they tried to call my wife, who booked it. Minutes before the appointment doesn’t really cut it. We were a few minutes late, and if that’s why you didn’t want to take us, then just say that. Don’t make something up that wasn’t ever an issue before. I could say more, but this is enough. I hate making these posts, and I’m sure they have their regulars who they’ll keep seeing, and this won’t matter much to them. This isn’t about that. This is for potential new clients to come in with eyes wide open, and to avoid having similar experiences. Buyer beware..

I feel absolutely HORRIBLE! I recommend this place to a coworker/ friend, I have taking my fur babies here for a couple years. My friend was out of the country for about 4/ months so his babies where a bit matted .. they clipped their nails way to short causing discomfort. My Friend gave them a second chance. He dropped them off at 9:30 am around 4 pm when they finally called to say they were ready, little did he know his fur baby had been hurt. No phone call with any explanation. He even paid and tipped them. I then called up on his behalf, no one has ever called the owner/ or myself back. Any advice on what to do from here? The Vet took one look and sad they tried to glue the cut back together.. Here’s the pictures of the damage . I’m now in search of a new groomer..
