Pet Supermarket

This was my first visit to the store, and Priscilla made it a great experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The store itself was well stocked and had everything I was looking for, which made the trip quick and easy. Excellent customer service and a great selection. I’ll definitely be back.

Beware when buying guinea pigs here . We got what they told us was a “female” to be company for our other female guinea pig and ended up growing balls and being a male. Too late to return of course since the piggies are best friends . But I did get STUCK with a $400 !!!! bill to neuter the “female” guinea pig they sold me . 👎

I rarely give out 5 star. This place was found randomly cause I am new to DFW. The employees are so nice and informative. One day I came and they had a little fish section. I noticed the customers there were avid fish people. Yo make a long story short I found out they order fish for people. So I put in orders now. And they found me a guy to trade some fish I had that was getting attacked. They also ordered me fish nobody else had like Opaline Gourami, that fish looks good in my tank. Also A Pearl Gourami I got is about to be more Lit. This place is now my go to spot to get fish.

They're great up there! Called ahead for a bunny. THEY HAD ONE LEFT! LIA was very knowledgeable of what all I needed to care for "BROWNIE" gave me great advice about food choices, bedding, chew toys and living space. Showed me how to hold our new baby. Didn't know they cant digest carrots! Thanx for being so nice to us💜 very clean and orderly and prompt. She told me to call the store anytime for help.
