Stephanie has always been really helpful whenever my family and I have visited and The fish selection is usually abundant. So great service and excellent livestock selection. Only two things I would recommend improving is hiring an extra person or two because it can get BUSY, and make this plant selection a little larger and more descriptive. Great place to vist for ang aquarium hobbiest and fish enthusiasts!

What a hidden gem out here, stopped in for my first time yesterday and the lady I spoke with held extensive knowledge I needed. I bought a betta from a big chain- same cost there and the fish tanks are all clean. I’ll be skipping the chain store from now on for aquatic products. Highly recommend this store! Kona Reef was just as good as everyone told me! I went originally, for a new plant or two and ended up with a plant and two fish. Stephanie was awesome, very knowledgeable, and I was thrilled with my purchases. To those who've had fish before you know that putting new fish in a tank is something of a gamble. Well, worry no longer; to prevent Ick, they put copper in their water. I was reminded to not put the water from the pet store in my tank. Stephanie suggested pouring the fish into a small net and then releasing them. Ive never done this before, but not only does it make sense, its what im going to do from now on so I dont risk loosing my tank. The plant had to be rinsed off. They had an enormous selection of fresh and salt water fish and plants/corals. The plants were good sized and healthy. Bonus, I don't have to start them from bulbs or itty bitty things... All of the employees were upbeat, friendly, and knew their stuff. I didn't think the prices were any worse than the big box stores, and these people SPECIALIZE in fish, plants, and corals. Super impressed!

Kona Reef is awesome and so is Stephanie. She is always helpful and so are the other employees. I’m there at least once a week. Healthy livestock, clean store, and plenty of supplies on hand. The October giveaways were amazing. Much appreciation with helping with customers who spend money. If you are thinking of doing an Aquarium, you need to stop in. Pictures and video of my tank.

Been constant customer here for the past few months for all my plant and fish needs. Recently bought a Beta and it escalated into a pretty sick project for a live ecosystem fresh water aquarium. Watching the transformation from beginning to now has been pretty crazy. BIG shout out to the crew at this location, so knowledgeable and friendly. This store is the go to 100% . With great selection of live plants and fish its an experience evey time I walk in. Thanks to the staff for all your help on this new journey🤙
