(from Google)I walked over after dropping my car off for a wheel alignment and spent an hour at the park and it was so relaxing and peaceful, its a small park with comfy places to sit and picnic tables and a path to walk around and a play area.... you can eat your lunch or just chill out. It was my first time ever going to this park unaware it was right down the street from my house.
this is a unique park, instead of a playground there’s a ropes course area and a sand area with a little fake river, it’s very cute. there’s also a small field and a walking path. i like the creative energy of this park. and instead of picnic tables they have giant beach chairs.
Great neighborhood park. It's perfect for small family gatherings. They have bbq grills and lots of picnic tables. It's dog friendly.
This is a small little treasure in Lawndale. There is exercise equipment there are picnic tables there’s two all gendered bathrooms there are beautiful mosaic tiled play areas for the kids. There’s one big wide slide that makes it nice for parents to slide down with their kids and the ground is soft in that area. There is also a sandbox with little tunnels for the kids to play in. There’s a grassy area to run around in or to let dogs run around in. It’s a nice small park and it’s actually really great for toddlers.
Amazing construction, wish they had more kids equipment or a non-metal slide though. But the chairs are awesome. Great place to hang out!
