Was able to quickly get an appointment for our dog. He injured his paw and was constantly licking so it was made worse. The staff and Dr. Peck were friendly and knowledgeable. We just moved to the area so happy to find a new vet practice for our dogs and cat.

What a wonderful experience! Our dog needed to see a vet urgently while we were in SB on vacation. They were able to see her immediately and provided the absolute best care. All staff were friendly and really LOVE animals. They were very thorough with explanations of all recommendations. I would 100% recommend.

The staff is lovely and while the doctors care, the fact that there isn't a regular staff of doctors at this location means that often I am re-explaining things, including things that should be in his profile. He is often also called a girl, which I don't care about but it seems rather odd that vet techs aren't looking at a chart. In addition, I get repeated emails and texts about services I've just had . I no longer feel cared for and my pet has been going to this facility for almost 5 years now. He is an elderly dog and I will keep going here since finding a new vet at this point seems wrong. I do warn new clients- the staff is lovely but this place is run by a corporation not people.

The staff is incredibly kind! Dr Peck was wonderful with my cat who tends to be fairly apprehensive of new people, but she absolutely made him feel comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough, and will be returning for future care

Do NOT recommend. Went in to get a prescription grade solution to a moderately aggressive yeast infection on my dog's face. Vetinary Doctor essentially ignored my dog's face and started hyper focusing on my dog's vulva instead. I attempted on the occasions to get things back on track but she doubled down on wanting blood work and X-rays. No questions regarding care solutions implemented, no rest examination to see if this stems from an ear infection, only a cursory glance at the obvious skin infection on her snout. But they were very quick to secure funding from some well meaning charity and sent me off with an OTC product that had already proven only mildly effective - hence the vet visit in the first place. I could've bought the suoxo mousse myself at Petco for $25 but instead they turned it into a $500 expense. And I'm now I'm in the same position as when I started, except that now there's less resources available to me in the future if someone serious comes up. Of course the blood work came back perfectly fine, but wouldn't you know it, now they want a urine sample as well to continue racking up a bill in anyway possible without giving me what I actually need. Meanwhile my dog suffers despite me trying to get her some help. Everyone was super nice, but con artists usually are...
