I cannot stand going to a store and you ask the people that work there for things and they have no idea where is at, who makes it, where to look. They send you to the wrong sections. It’s very annoying if you’re gonna be working there, I think you should have some kind of knowledge as to where the stuff is at. I asked for after pregnancy supplements they sent me to two different spots and nothing was there. if you go to the store, make sure you know what you need and where it’s at because they won’t know.

I went into Petco for some medicine for my cats. I was not sure what to get I asked the lady up front difference between these three products she gave me great information I feel really bad because I forgot her name. She was not only courteous she was very knowledgeable about the homeopathic medicine I was getting. Great customer service always makes you want to return to a store

Those poor cats in the adoption kennels! Their cat boxes were so dirty that there was only clumps of poo and pee, and no loose litter left in them. They look like they haven’t been done and at least a couple of days. The smell is horrendous from the outside. I can’t imagine being trapped inside those kennels with that smell. They’re breathing their own poo and pee. We couldn’t see well enough to see if they had adequate and clean food and water but with the cat boxes looking like that I would imagine they probably don’t. Someone please do something about this. It’s inhumane. I wish I had taken a picture and will probably go back and try to get one.

Was that guy… walked in with 15 mins till close not expecting a warm welcome let alone the white glove treatment. Juliet took the time to educate me on the vast sea of kitten foods on the market. In addition, I valued her professional opinion on raw food transitioning as we walked efficiently to the toy section to score two great deals on kitten toys. Left their store with a completely satisfied experience in under ten mins !!!

I love petco. Customer service in all locations are always great. They always give good suggestions for your furr babies! Best prices and discounts. I've been shopping here for my pet for over 10 years. I appreciate their kindness!
