They are very friendly.. knew what I needed.. I drove a hour away.. I feared it could be a wasted trip... but it wasnt... I left thier.. very happy .. feed my snake... was so happy to see him eat. ... thanks 😊 for your kindness and knowing what I needed... great job ..

They have a fairly good selection of bird products but you do need to check the date as I have found several bags months past the best by date for sale. Still recommend them overall as they are very pleasant and clean

They have a good selection of exotic related items. I was disappointed when they didn't offer smaller live mice for snakes or saltwater fish. The place is nice but some of the staff can be rude. I picked up a cork flat, which was marked at 9.99 only to be told at the counter that it's a cork round because it has a curve and charged me 10.99 for it instead. It's not a huge deal, but why argue with a customer when the tag that is through the cork itself says cork flat? I also saw a guy wanting a ball python, and they didn't seem to have their records straight about them. It took almost 30 minutes for them to sort it out. The prices on snakes are crazy too. Just go to a reptile show or a nearby breeder instead of pay 200+ for a normal when you can find them for 20 at a show and have all the information about where the snake came from and the snake itself.

This is a nice store with nice employees. I'm just discouraged because I paid $55 for a dotted pleco (I had been wanting one for almost a year, so I splurged). I bought it Monday, December 30th and it died today January 9th. They only have a 5 day return/replacement window so I'm out $55. Plus I'm really sad. My tank has been set up since March 2024 and all the waters tested great. I don't know what could've happened. It never acted erratically. Hopefully the 4 Angelfish I bought from there will be fine. I retested the water today and everything still looks good so I'm at a loss. I gave them 3 stars because I feel like their replacement policy should be at least two weeks. I understand some people don't have their aquariums properly ready with beneficial bacteria etc. but that isn't the case with mine. Just discouraged. Photos are of it after it passed. It doesn't even look sick!

Came in for micro crickets and fruit flies though they didn’t have either the guy was super helpful to find us the smaller of the crickets that they had. This new location comparatively to the other one which looks smaller this one looks huge. Overall this would be my go to place.
